Sullivan's has been our go-to lawn service for awhile now. They are reliable, hard working, and customer oriented. I always set out a cooler with drinks and munchies if they have to work in awfully hot temps. I really like the work Sullivan's does!

Sullivan's just finished a large job for me and these guys are awesome! They trimmed all my trees and laid new sod in both my front and back yards. It was alot of work in the heat and these guys worked their butts off! I'm very happy with the results and will definitely recommend them for any landscaping or yard work you need. Thanks to the crew and Vickie for helping me out and making my yard look fantastic! Ya'll are the best!

I became associated with Sullivan's several years ago. I took a chance with Ryan Sullivan because I think he was just starting out. His routine services were very good - ie, grass cutting, trimming, clean-up.

This time it was more extensive. Besides shrubbery trimming, Sullivan's did some major work in the front & back yards which included metal borders along the shrubbery on both sides of the house to keep mulch in & grass out.

The biggest thing they did was repair a stone sidewalk along the back of the house. The sidewalk was cracked in several places & had become a tripping hazard. They fixed it and the sidewalk looks almost brand new.

I would recommend Sullivan's for any landscaping or lawn service.

We've been long-time customers with Sullivan Landscaping, and the quality of their work was average to average minus. Sometimes our lawn looked better after their crew's visit, and sometimes not so good. We've stayed on, nevertheless, because I realized that apparently, this is not so easy to find a good quality, reliable lawn service company in Austin. However, their last service visit turned into a disaster and ended with our front yard phone cable being cut, and our sprinkler system damaged and needing a repair. I knew about the cable problem because they at least honestly told me they've cut it. Not so with the sprinkler system. We've learned about the problem when we could hear the water spraying everywhere against the house the next time it turned on automatically. We had some logistical problems to get on our sprinkler system guy's schedule, and had him over a couple of days ago (it took a while from the day the system was damaged till the check-up because of his busy schedule). We had him check the entire system and replace the damaged heads. When I emailed the paid invoice to Sullivan and asked for reimbursement, I didn't get as much as an email or a phone call back. Nothing! I had to follow up on my email by calling them the next day just to have an extremely unpleasant and offensive conversations with Natalie, and then Lisa. Both ladies had raised suspicions that the damage has nothing to do with them and that we, basically, are trying to pin it on them and have them pay for it. Great! Just what I wanted to hear. Lisa then went on saying that they cannot pay what we've been charged, but they are willing to repay us for the replacement head. When I asked how much it would be, she said '$9' credited to my account (!!!). WHAT? $9 refund on a $100 invoice? AMAZING! Of course I told her to keep the $9 and to suspend our service immediately. I would not have had it with any company, less of all I expected it from the company we stayed on with for a few years tolerating their so-so service in the first place. Well, no longer I have patience for bad service and for terrible attitude coming from a company I work with.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with this team. The designer came out and sent us a very detailed quote, the office staff were very responsive, and the on-site team did a great job with our backyard!

We have used Sullivan's over several projects. From helping us design new landscaping, removing and adding new plants, installing a flag stone and river walk walkway along the side of our house, to just yard cleanup and mulching. Starting with Ryan, down to the men on his crew - each time they have been extremely professional, prompt, hard-working, and have done a great job! We continue to get asked by friends and neighbors about our landscaping. We will continue to use Sullivan's for all our future landscape projects!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They completely revamped my backyard. My backyard was a complete mess, actually, a trainwreck to put it nicely. It originally had a deep grade/slope with several septic lines visible. They first cleaned up all of the oak trees in the backyard. Then they built a retaining wall and leveled my backyard. They brought in four ( I believe) trucks of dirt to get it leveled. The guys on the crew were fantastic! Really, they were second to none! They worked fast. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The owner stopped by a few times to check the progress. Once the backyard was leveled, they landscaped my backyard to perfection. I would highly recommend Sullivan's. My neighbors have stopped by to see the difference. They were speechless. They couldn't believe it. Their pricing to get the job done was fair. That's really all you can ask for. From the people that worked in the office (Gabriella), to Greg who came over and provided the estimate, to Ryan checking in from time to time, and to the guys on the crew, I wanted to say thank you for an incredible job.

The sullivans teams that service my yard bi weekly have always been very professional, punctual, and detail oriented. All my requests are well received and prioritized with quick turnaround time. I highly recommend using Sullivan’s for all your landscaping and lawn maintenance needs!

They upgraded one side of are house for rain and gray water usage. They did a great job.
Also put metal edging around are front garden.

Sullivans Landscaping helped create a fantastic layout for our million dollar, new build. I work for a construction management company and connected with the owner and designer to come do a site visit. It was all smooth sailing from there. The owner, Ryan and in house designer, Shab were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and catered to our wants and needs for the property! Shabs design was very well thought out, and we appreciate the fact that they have everything itemized in order to add or deduct based on cost and satisfaction. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Ryan Sullivan and team did a landscaping job for us and the work was outstanding. This was a pretty big job involving lots of rock including flagstone. We had a vision of what we wanted done and the end result exceeded our expectations. The crew was very good and the operations manager OJ made sure everything was top notch. Scheduling and communications were also very efficient, and Natalie was a pleasure to work with. End result was a very nice backyard patio with river rock beds feeding off of it. Highly recommend Sullivan's Landscaping & Lawn Service.

Sadly I have to update my review to reflect a more poor experience. Initially had a very good experience with the team and they were professional and courteous. After paying my partially finalized bill prior to all the work being completed is where I feel they just stopped responding. I hate leaving negative reviews but here we go.

The initial service scheduled in May of 2022 was for irrigation maintenance. The gentlemen that came out was fantastic and noted they would have to rent a machine to try to find an irrigation box in the yard as our map on our sprinkler system was wrong. This is perfectly reasonable, happy to pay. The subsequent service they came out and was able to find the box and it was noted there was some rodent damage. I was not at home and was sent a text saying they will need to order some additional wiring and would come back to finish it. Perfectly fine, order what you need to, I will be happy to pay. Some time goes by and no update on fixing the wiring. I go and check the box and it remains damaged. I call Sullivan's who had no idea I was still awaiting service.

In the meantime, whereas my backyard sprinkler was previously working, it no longer is.

I am unsure what to make of it. They had originally been communicating very well but suddenly stopped responding. I had gotten a quote from them for some landscaping and was going to move forward but as the irrigation stuff stalled, I ultimately chose not to move forward. I do feel maybe this is retribution? Unaware. It may also be the company is just busier with larger projects--which in that case is reasonable. My main issue is don't start a service and then punt it out a month.

I will say this, I think if you are doing a big project, they probably are a good company to work with. If you need minor work done, I would look elsewhere.

Sullivan's is fantastic. We had a relatively involved project with landscaping, grading, masonry, a fire pit, and more, all around a recently installed pool. The handled the job with the utmost professionalism. Hat tip to Alex for managing the project and being very available for every contingency. And Ryan did a great job with the design.

We have used them on several occasions for landscaping and they always do a great job! When we started our backyard had zero landscaping and we weren’t sure where to start. Ryan did an excellent job designing a beautiful but low maintenance yard and dealing with all my questions and last minute changes. They don’t cut corners and take the extra time to make sure things are done correctly. They are responsive and reliable. Also Natalie the office manager is amazing and such a pleasure to work with!

We loved working with Sullivans. They transformed our front and backyard. There were a few issues that came up along the way but they were quick to fix them. That shows the true character of the business.

Job Scheduled and completed two weeks later. They are Efficient and Professional both in the office and on site. I will use them again and recommend them without any reservations.

Sullivans Landscaping exceeded all my expectations. Ryan, the owner, knows his stuff and has an eye for design. He's personable, professional, and listens from the first contact to any needs thereafter. His crew was neat, friendly, and efficient. I've had a lot of improvements on my house recently and the Sullivan team was, hands down, the best of all the contractors. Please don't hesitate to give him a call. You'll have the best looking lawn on the block.

Been working with Sullivan’s landscaping for the last 3 years and they installed a large patio and then continued doing our weekly maintenance service and we couldn’t be happier.
