The Garden Center was impressive with all the spring annuals and perennials selection. I could spend an entire day just walking around and looking at everything. I have been loyal to their competitorfor years and have been to Lowes twice this week. I friggin love this place..

Aiden, Garden Center, was wonderful and did his very best as the long line at his register grew longer. I was sad to see three different employees who worked in the Garden Center with him walk by more than once, never stopping to offer help to him or any customer. Lowe's is better than this. Aiden worked as quickly as he could, remained calm and polite, apologizing as he worked and was still doing so when I left the line 10 minutes later. I phoned the store from the parking lot to let them know he was doing his best and could use some help. They assured me they would get that done. Here's hoping.

Always a great selection of plants! Can I always find a cart. The person at checkout is always friendly. I believe their name is Cordelia. Always has a smile and friendly conversation.

Good selection of plants for this time of year. The man working the checkout register in the garden center was great. Friendly, fast, organized, easy to give a good rating.

Kathryn exceeded our expectations by providing outstanding support. We were experiencing difficulties with our stacked washer and dryer setup, specifically with the dryer, which was a separate purchase. Armed with both model numbers, Kathryn took extra steps to confirm the compatibility of the replacement dryer with our existing washer. Her dedication and expertise put us at ease, solidifying our trust in Lowe's as our go-to destination for home improvement requirements.

The most important Crepe Myrtle in the world, My Dads Crepe Myrtle almost a year later. My dad planted 6 back in the 90s and when I sold our old home in Pflugerville I wanted to take one since the new owner was taking out ALL the trees I decided to save my favorite one. Thanks to Ted and his crew she lived and she is budding and blooming I’m so excited from the bottom of my Heart THANK YOU!!! Because of you I still have a piece of him!!!

Ted’s crew did an excellent job planting three 100G hollies and several 45-gallon cherry laurels in our backyard. They were professional, efficient, and the results look great. Ted is also a very friendly and approachable person.

Called several times to schedule an estimate and consultation - dealt with rescheduling and no shows twice and never received a call back the second time so they won't be getting our business.

Horrible experience with this place...they don't return phone calls and they tried to sell me a carpenter ant infested tree (TWICE!) Hope Valley Tree Farm between (Bastrop and Austin) has more selection, much lower prices and better customer service. Based on their prices I think Hope Valley is where they are actually buying their trees and then doubling the prices.
