The techs were very nice at each visit, the customer service was mostly responsive. My issue with their services: every other month is not enough for wasp and ant control in the summer. I went through a whole can of wasp spray in between the pest control visits, and the ants never went away. Basically, you pay for services you don't need (and the ones you do need are mostly neglected). And then you have to "pay out" your contract if you decide to cancel. Lesson learned.

We are super happy with how our lawn is looking! We use their services for pest control and lawn care and love their services! They are respectful, professional and friendly. You can see a huge difference between our lawn and our neighbors lawn, just look at this photo! It came in green and thicker!

I have been customer since July last year so it is a good time to post my review along with some photos.

Reason why I chose RG is because I was first time homeowner and taking care of lawn on top of other things was just too overwhelming. We had new sod laid in June, so pretty much the worst time ( water restrictions and heat).

Chris Van Winkle is great technician to work with. It is was always good to chat about what can I do to help my lawn so I am trying not to miss him when he is doing the treatment. He did excellent job taking my lawn to where it is today. Starting with watering recommendations, weed treatments he did etc.

Please remember, you as a customer have to do your part too. Frequent mowing (at least once a week) and 2 deep waterings a week make a difference. Let the photos speak for itself.

I've used Real Green for many years to weed and feed my lawn. Recently I had them start treating for insects too. I'm so happy with the results and how great my yard looks. They are so thorough and always pleasant when they are here.

The Technitions that visit my home to do their job are all very professional and seem to be very knowledable about their job. They will talk to me and suggest items that might help make my yard look better. They are all a great assest to your Company.

Overall, mostly satisfied with the outcome. The only few issue is I received feedback from the treatment specialist this week telling me I have St. Augustine grass when in fact i have Bermuda grass. Also, there are 2 medium sized brown spots on one side my front lawn. These areas are getting plenty of water.

We are very new to service but so far our experience with our lawn tech as been very good. Aaron always has a smile on his face and is very informative as to what exactly is being done to our yard and ready to answer any questions I may have. What a blessing it is to us to have great customer service when these days its few and far between.

Eduardo did a fantastic job treating our property for pest control. He took his time to talk with us regarding the issues we were having and put together a formula to specifically treat our property. He also did a thorough job of treating our home. I recommend Real Green for pest control and lawn care. They've been treating my lawn for over 3 years and it's beautiful. My neighbors regularly comment on how great it looks.

They boys made quick work of our yard! Looks great now! I've never had a problem doing my yard myself, but with all the rains lately and allergies I just wasn't in the mood. They came in and cut it all down and did the weed whacking plus hauled away a bunch of limbs (A lot!). I don't have a truck so this saved me a ton of time and work! City takes limbs but you have to cut them to 4ft chunks and tie them up. Always a chore, but from now on I'll gladly have Cathey's help out every spring! Thank you for helping a gal out!

Catheys Lawn Care came out to my father's place and cut down his overgrown backyard for an amazing rate! I was so relieved! He quoted me over the phone and I was almost for sure he would have taken one look at the mess and run screaming for the hills. ;) I'm so thankful that they were able to help me out, as my father is getting older and less inclined to tend to the yard. I had tried to take out a portion of it with a weed whacker and was spent! Catheys came in with their super duty lawn mower and crew armed with weed whackers and took out mother nature in like 30 minutes. My father has his back yard again! I fully intend to use Catheys services again for our other landscaping nightmares! Trees, Shrubs and Debris, Oh my!

We were outside of the regular service zone and had a difficult job and we were still able to get provided service. Catheys went above and beyond to ensure that we received quality service in a timely manner. Their composure after a hard job really speaks miles about what they bring to the table.
