House to House did an amazing job on our lawn. Our place has not looked this good in all the years I’ve lived here. The lawn was cut perfectly and the attention to detail around our landscaping features was perfect. They even hauled away years worth of leaves and downed branches we had collected and trimmed some of our larger plants back for us. And all in a single morning. We are blown away and so so grateful. I highly recommend this company.

Updating my thoughts from a Yelp review I posted several years ago.

We made some changes to a property that was serviced by House to House property and sold part of it, so the lawn service eventually switched to another provider. But I'm updating my review based on an extraordinarily positive interaction and outcome.

A couple of weeks ago Andy contacted me. Again it has been several years since we did business together. He let me know that in an accounting review he discovered that I had a pile of extra money sitting with him- probably from some bill pay overages that I had set up through my bank.

It looks like an error we both missed in some long forgotten year, and I probably would have never known, but Andy did the right thing, contacted me , and mailed a check. Of course this came at a time when it was needed- I mean, have you seen the price of eggs?

That's the kind of business you want to deal with, and you hope that more often than not it is. But it's rare that something like this happens and you get to see it on full display.

For this reason I wholeheartedly recommend House to House and will be glad to use them again if the need arises.

House to House has been maintaining my lawn for a really long time and I've always been happy with them. But recently I set up some landscaping with "Wes" who is part of the House to House team.
Wes was amazing - came out several times to measure, offer ideas, sent photos of suggested work and prices.
His team was led by "Rey" and they worked hard and made everything perfectly symmetrical as I wanted. But the big surprise was a "Kitty corner" ...... when I told them not to mess with a certain area because my dear cat was buried there, Rey created a permanent monument that is so beautiful and it was all a surprise for me!
I urge people to call House to House not just for lawn service, but also small landscaping projects!

Very quick to respond and come out to get our yard up to par. Our yard is on the smaller side and their services were perfect for what we needed. They always responded to us via text and email and we never had any issues with the work they did around our yard. Lots of landscaping options out there, and for our needs (small yard that only needed maintenance every few weeks) they were great.

I saw them recommended by a neighbor in a Facebook group I’m in. I like that I can text them. I texted them this morning and they were here by the afternoon. I have a lot of leaves and the crew politely asked if I was sure about the leaf removal because of the per bag charge. Thanks for the quick response and great service!

I had an absolutely excellent experience with the House to House lawncare team. They always offered quick, well done lawncare at a very good rate.

Also, we had large parts of the tree in our backyard break off and their tree removal team responded quickly to break it down and haul it away at one of the best costs I've seen in Austin.

I would 110% recommend House to House for anyone looking to get their lawn maintained by an exceptional crew.

We are absolutely amazed with the work Ramiro and his team have done. We have worked with them for a while, as they do our landscaping maintenance every month , but we decided to expand our backyard and his expertise on tree planting, proper watering and positioning was a key part of creating the perfect environment for all of the plants to thrive. We had purchased a new build and our yard had started to erode, grass died due to sod being laid directly on clay soil, which caused our yard to be uneven with major dips and inclines. The side yard received little sunlight and became a soggy wet mosquito haven. We hired this company to regrade our yard and amend the soil and sod. We couldn’t be more happy with the results. Our yard has been thriving. I would highly recommend.
