I have a new roof installed by another company. But I don't feel good about the quality. So I hired CID to do an inspection. He found some issue including leakages. I'm grateful for his finding. Working with Cid at Precision Roof Crafters in Austin was great. He made the whole process for scheduling to working with my insurance go smoothly.

I have a roof that's about 11 years old. I asked Precision Roof Crafters to come out and do a inspection. While the roof had light hail damage and wasn't needing to be replaced, it also needed some TLC: step flashing repairs, sealant repairs (pipe stacks and flashing) and most importantly a new HVAC vent. The old one had a vertical crack in the flue. Precision Roof Crafters gave me a competitive estimate that I gave the go ahead for. Precision sent out a technician who in short order (about four hours) performed all the repairs noted in the inspection report. I like the fact that the work was done early in the morning and the fact that they took before and after photos for me to show me how it all went. I'm very happy with the results.
BTW, when I need to replace this roof in the future, I'll be talking again as I also got a estimate for replacement that was to me also seemed quite competitive.

I’ve installed over a dozen of these, I do love them. Overall good product, but the hardware that’s included is always horribly soft and immediately breaks or strips rather so bring your own decking screws, and you should be good to go.

I removed my attic breeze off my house after seeing the response from attic breeze online especially after how they had the google review removed online. I reached out to Rob with R&R and replaced it with solar royal. I stand with my contractor in his perspective of this new product. I trash the attic breeze and now have a piece of mind on the new device I now have. Solar Royal!
