Just visited the store, pretty terrible shopping experience. Sales person was checking for availability, nobody else in the store. Hangup because of a long hold, too much trouble to check.
We used Dela Tile and Stone for our master bathroom remodel. They did a fantastic job. Ruben truly cares about the customers complete satisfaction with the end result.
Walked in and was greeted by a new employee who had no idea where anything was or what the prices were on any of the products. He kept popping his head inside an office, asking the person in there, each question as I asked him. Finally after this going on for a few minutes I popped my head in too and asked the woman texting if she could possibly come out and help me. She walked out with an attitude and was not helpful at all. At least the new guy was trying, but he needed training. I can't tell you of a worse shopping experience in recent memory. Completely awful!!! Businesses like this do not need to exist. I was trying to shop locally but not at this cost.
