Tree reviews in Austin, Texas

Lakeway Tree Experts are Really are Experts! I have a lot of beautiful oak trees on my property. I hired Lakeway Tree Experts to lift the canopy to protect the oaks. I was so impressed with the excellent job. The Oak Trees look incredible. The crew came on time, with professional equipment, they had a full team of three onsite with a dedicated crew to both working up in the trees and also down on the ground to clean up as they worked for 4 plus hours. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Lakeway Tree Experts.

Steven was on time, texted me to inform me that he had arrived, and worked to accomplish. I called to check that he was done and he was so nice. Lakeway Tree is always dependable and fair in their pricing.

Just started using Lakeway Tree Experts to treat some issues with some of my trees and to give three maintenance treatments for all shrubs and trees. They were prompt, professional and thorough. The office staff was really great in getting things set up too. I look forward to having a good year with them.

I’ve been using lakeway tree experts for years and I will tell you this, They’ve done nothing but take excellent care of my trees. My plants and the service has been always, exceptional, polite and professional. I highly recommend them.!

The good folks at Lakeway Tree Experts have taken care of our large lot with lots of trees for years. They are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and do a great job. We appreciate them very much.

Jimmy and his team from Lakeway Tree Experts only had 1 hr to clear our entire fence line in the greenbelt and did an amazing job! They cleared so much in that time and were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Lakeway Tree Experts!

Team did an excellent job! Made sure we were satisfied with their work all through the trimming process. All oak trimming was sealed immediately after being cut. All debris was cleaned up and taking away. All at very competitive price!

Lakeway Tree Experts are cheerful, informative, reliable, and dependable. I look forward to a long term relationship with them.

Lakeway Tree Experts were fantastic. Very professional, very punctual and fair pricing. They truly care about the care of our trophy oak trees and an extremely experienced. not sure why you would use anyone else.

A wonderful job. My trees look fantastic. He even cut down a fig tree that was not on the original quote.

Today was the second time we had The Lakeway Tree Experts come love on our prolific oak trees - one of which is a massive 200+ year old fella! We had three of the same guys who came to our house last summer and two new faces (one was a climbing expert this time, so new smiling face to us!) and I think it says good things about the company to have long term employees. Each time, every guy was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable - I asked a lot of questions and learned from each one of the guys about what they were doing and about how to think about my trees and yard.
They kept to the time scheduled, asked what my goals were for them, and helped prioritize to maximize their time and our money!
5/5 stars for quality work, cleanup and professionalism!!!

I hired Lakeway Tree Experts a couple of years ago to rescue my 3 crepe myrtles from an aphid infestation. They were efficient, responsive and successful. Steve was easy to work with and patiently explained what was going on and how to remedy the situation. This year when we planned to trim the trees, there was only one choice for me - Lakeway Tree Experts. Scheduling was easy and the price was reasonable. Steve and his crew arrived when scheduled, efficiently trimmed the trees, removed all debris (including thousands of seed pods) and cleaned up 100%, even the street.
A great job! Were looking forward to beautiful trees with a pretty canopy in the Spring.

I felt fortunate to have found Arlen Fisher. He is knowledgable about trees, reliable and trustworthy. I met up with him at my lot in Lakeway to discuss about removing a sick tree and partially trimming a healthy, large oak tree. I went back to California and he took care of everything as we discussed. I paid Arlen in full with the agreement that when I move to Lakeway, he will finish the trimming when I am at my lot. 5 months later, I am in Lakeway. I contacted him and he promptly sent his crew to finish the job. The crew knew exactly how to make the tree look beautiful. They are fast and efficient. I love how my tree looks now. I highly recommend Lakeway Tree Experts.

We have used Lakeway Tree Experts in the past year to identify the trees on our lot with Oak Wilt. More recently, they trimmed & pruned the trees in addition to removing some. They were prompt and professional. Responded quickly. Called us several times and Face Timed so we could see the progress and make any additional requests. We're very pleased with the work they did at a reasonable price.

Lakeway Tree did an awesome job on our trees. We had two badly damaged from the ice storm so they had to trim them up without causing too much stress. We have a plan now to shape them back up over the next few seasons. I also had 2 trees in my backyard that were hanging over my pool, fence, and house. They trimmed and pruned these and they look great!

Great service and advice provided. Steven is a great representative of Lakeway Tree Experts. His advice was practical and made sense to me. I look forward to your help with similar issues in my future.

May 22, 2024 - Follow up to earlier visit was again perfect. Good, logical advice delivered very professionally ... keep up your good work.

Jimmy was great to work with and was collaborative throughout understanding our goals for the tree work and providing ideas on accomplishing the look we were interested in. Jimmy and Leo left my yard clean and with trees in great shape for years to come.

Lakeway Tree Service is one I highly recommend. The three men that came to our property were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Trees were trimmed, thinned, and dead branches were removed efficiently. The yard was cleaned well upon completion of the job. The communication with the main office was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Steven is great! I have been working with him for a while now to care for the fertilization schedule of 7 cypress that have been made into a hedge for privacy. They look awesome and healthy! He also worked on a sick tree I have in the front and now it is thriving. It’s so much better to talk to him about plant health and maintenance than just having anyone come in and just apply the same thing they do on every other lawn. I get a ton of compliments and the trees look great!

Steven from Lakeway Tree Experts came out last fall to give me an estimate for having my live oaks trimmed. The estimate was so reasonable it was hard for me to even believe that they would do that much work for such a great price! Fast forward to this week when we had set the date for the work. The day before I called them because I was thinking that since it had been so long since we set the date they wouldn't show! Arlen, the owner called me back the night before & said they would be there the next day as scheduled. Not only were they there on time, but they were 20 minutes early! That never happens! Steven walked the property with me to make sure we were in agreement as to what was to be done. When he left & went on to another job he left Jimmy in charge and he was great too! They had a crew of 4 guys who knocked the work out in less than a day. All of the guys were very courteous and conscientious. They picked up and disposed of all the branches etc. My yard and trees looked so good when they left! I will be calling them them next year for sure!

They did a great job on the 18 oaks in my front yard! Thorough clean up too. Finished in less time than originally quoted and saved me some $$. Will definitely hire again. Thanks!
