Tree reviews in Austin, Texas

We've used a few different tree services over the years, and now we've found the one we're going to stick with. We had a small job which they did great, but I was made aware of a few more things that we needed done. I called them up and they were able to come out early the next day and took care of all of it. We're very satisfied.

Unprofessional. Overcharged us. Dishonest company.

On the day that they were scheduled to arrive for tree pruning service, the team not only DIDN'T SHOW UP, they also didn't call. I had to call their dispatch team 5 times throughout the day as nobody would give us a clear answer as to the delay. The next day, they arrived unannounced at 8 a.m. The team performed the agreed upon services outlined in our estimate and then a month later I received a new invoice with an additional $225 fee that was never discussed nor agreed upon. I called and emailed their team and still nobody responded. I would never recommend this company to any friend of mine.

The crew came out on time, got right to work and did a great job. The trees look great !!

Thanks for a job well done

Communications were good.
All our requests were honored.
Friendly employees.

The Gentlemen were very nice and accommodating in answering my questions the best they could. They did a very nice job on the trees.

The actual service was timely and appropriate. However, communication has been very difficult with this company. They provided me with two estimates for an area of my yard, one aggressive and one more minimal. I was to choose between the estimates. I opted for the minimal and received that service. However, the company has insisted on invoicing me for both services and has stopped responding to my emails asking them to correct the error and insists the invoice they gave me, 1,200 more than what we agreed on, is correct. It's been nearly 6 weeks and I just want to pay them and be done with it.

They came when they said they would be here and did a great job and left no debris behind

Great job pruning and shaping our two trees and Crepe Myrtle. We will have you back when it’s time.

Great job. Reliable, efficient, and professional. Will use again when needed.

The crew did a good job, professional, fast, and we are happy with the result.

Marcus and team have been responsive, timely, effective, and easy to work with. We have called after each of the major weather events since 2022 and they’ve been able to take care of us quickly for a reasonable price.

I had a tree fall on my roof during an evening storm. Marcus had a crew out to inspect my home within 2 hours of calling and they removed a tree that was dangerously balanced on the roof structure. To make matters worse, a brand new hot tub was right under the leaning tree. Benny and his crew did an absolutely amazing job removing the tree without causing any further damage to my house or property underneath. The job was extremely complex and I was amazed (and slightly panicked) watching their professional work. Clean up afterwards also exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this team.

Great service, needed my trees trimmed but with my work schedule ot was hard to to schedule, they worked woth mecto get the work completed

Great prices, even better work. Trees look fantastic. We will be calling them next year for tree trimming again.

1. Did exactly what was specified, for an incredibly fair price, cleaned up the mess... generally just a perfect service I'm very happy with.

Great Service! Fast appointment to quote, and very timely to complete their work. Great job, cleaned everything up, definitely would use them again!!

The team did a great job trimming my trees and getting limbs off of my roof. The communication was great and they got to my job very quickly. Highly recommend.

I'm sure they hated me watching, but it was like Cirque du Soleil in my backyard.

They fixed the tree, nobody injured, and nothing damaged, everything cleaned up.

Bien hecho, hombres, bien hecho.

Austin Tree Specialists are professional tree trimmers who turn the wild and sprawling limbs of a tree into a crisp, visually appealing canopy! My trees look spectacular! 🌟

They did a beautiful Job on my cedar tree this past week and cleared all underneath and cut the wood. We were very happy with their service We would recommend them highly

Quick, professional, responsible and great on-time service. I had a non-native tree that died in the drought a few years back and was a real risk. The tree is now not a concern and that's because of Austin Tree Specialists - highly recommended.
