Tree reviews in Austin, Texas

Excellent service. These guys came in early and worked all day to undo the damage this ruthless Austin summer did to our front and back yard. Quick and professional. Would recommend 100%.

Had a great experience with Edgar both planting and trimming trees. Would highly recommend to anyone! 5/5 stars

Great communication, fair cost, and skilled/quality work. We had large cedar elm and crepe myrtle trees removed, stump ground, and shrubs removed. During the tree removal, they were very skilled at cutting large limbs and avoiding the houses. They also cleaned up the site when they were done.

Edgar grinded an enormous 75”D stump off my front yard. He cleaned everything and left the surface perfectly flat, making sure there was good soil to allow new grass to grow. He also removed a second sick tree in no time, leaving absolutely no trace of it. He’s work is excellent and his prices very competitive. Not to mention he’s a wonderful person. I highly recommend him.

We were very pleased with Edgar’s work and attention to detail. The team surpassed our expectations. David is a marvel at hoisting himself into the tree and reaching the hard-to-get-to branches. I’m very guarded about letting arborists trim our prized live oak. Edgar and David know what they’re doing.

Edgar and Maria are amazing people. They do great work, are very affordable, and ensure quick responses with all communication. I’ll go to them for all my tree trimming needs and always refer them to friends and family!

Edgar and his team did a fantastic job on our trees. They were punctual, meticulous, and professional. I highly recommend Edgar's Tree Service.

We highly recommend Edgar's Tree Service for any tree work.
We needed to have two large Oak trees which were diseased cut down, two large Oak trees trimmed, and several overgrown Red Tip Photinia bushes trimmed. In addition we also wanted 2 new trees planted.
After getting several estimates, Edgar's Tree Service had the most reasonable proposal. Edgar was very precise as to what he would do and we were impressed with his knowledge of trees.
All the work was done by Edgar with his crew. They were very careful of the surroundings when removing the trees and cleaned very well afterwards.
We would not hesitate to get Edgar for any future tree work.

Edgar and Maria were a pleasure to deal with. I am very happy with the work that Edgar and his crew did. I had a dead tree that needed to be removed and several trees that needed trimmed.

The trees look great, better than I had expected.

Someone in my neighborhood posted they had just used Edgars Tree Service and had been very pleased so I decided to give them a try. I can’t recommend them enough. We have been using another tree company for over 8 years and I felt like Edgars group did a much better job. We are fairly picky about out trees as we have spent years cultivating them to try and help achieve privacy in our back yard and a better look in the front. He had suggestions for us and did an awesome job. I highly recommend him.

Edgar's Tree Service did a fantastic job, were quick and super friendly! The pricing was excellent and I am glad I found them. When we need more tree services they will be the first one's we call. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Edgar and Mariah came out under super short notice on a Friday evening to help cut down half of my tree that had a major, large part breakoff onto my driveway Other Austin based tree services were reluctant to come out due to a little rain.. and recommended to wait until the following week to work on a tree which might collapse entirely within hours.

The team acted quick and the tree is still standing. Would use them again!

5*

I highly recommend Edgar and his tree service. I had several oak trees that had not been trimmed in a while and needed attention. He had just finished a job for a neighbor and approached me to offer his services. His price was fair and he was able to come the next morning. Did an excellent job with the trees, collected all the trimmed branches, raked up all the debris, and sprayed all the cuts. Could not be more happy with how the trees look.

Edgar’s is responsive, reasonable in price, and prompt. Edgar has trimmed our trees, removed a tree that unfortunately fell due to weather damage, and performed stump grinding to beautifully remove a tree stump. Edgar truly cares about trees and wants to make sure that the trees you have will live a long and healthy life. Our thanks to Edgar and Maria for their great service.

Super Professional. They were able to fit me in quickly. I highly recommend this local family owned business.

Edgar did a super professional job trimming trees, removing trees, and removing shrubs in my front yard. Super happy with the quality of his work at a very fair price. Will definitely continue using him for my tree service needs!

If you are looking for expert service in tree planting or trimming look no further. On time and professional.

Edgar’s tree service did a great job for us. We called on Saturday, they came to do a quote same day, and completed the work Monday afternoon. Much more reasonable pricing than the big tree services. They left our site clean, and our trees are better and healthier now! 100% recommend. Will call Edgar again if we need them.

Great job trimming large oak and Hackberry branches hanging over my yard. They were careful not to trample my newly planted gardens, and everything was removed and cleaned up. Good communication and prompt, reliable service.

Edgar’s tree service was prompt with coming out to look at the tree in my front yard and giving me insight into what the issue was, and how we could also ensure that my other trees would not have the same problem. They were timely with the work that they did to remove the tree and left my front yard in great condition after the fact. Highly recommend!

Edgar and Maria came out and gave me an estimate the same day I contacted them. Edgar evaluated my trees and made several recommendations for the work that needed to be done. A very reasonable price was agreed upon and the service was scheduled for the next morning. Edgar and his crew were right on time and got to work immediately. I could not be more pleased with their work and the speed at which it was accomplished. They were polite and respectful of my property and took great pains to insure that they caused no damage to surrounding structures and fences. Edgar and his team also went above and beyond the contracted work and took care of some other issues that were not part of the project. I heartily recommend Edgar, Maria, and their crew for any tree work that you might have. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
