The two-man crew were prompt, courteous, and professional. They did a superb job of trimming our trees and cleaning up after. I wasn't totally satisfied and asked the arborist to come back and review with me. Jessica came back and we talked, and she agreed that two more limbs needed to be removed. the next day, the crew came back, apologized (wasn't necessary), then got the additional work done in less than 20 minutes. Great job. No additional cost. I will definitely use them again and referred them as well.

I’ve used Austin Tree Surgeons several times over the past 10 years for tree trimming and deep root fertilizing. They do excellent work, and the staff and crew are always very friendly and professional. Your trees are in good hands with these surgeons. 10/10

I'm very happy with the work performed by Austin Tree Surgeons. I had them clear my roof line and remove two trees (one of which was a massive, 50 foot Hackberry). I was very nervous, as the large tree was close to my house and spanned over my pool and hot tub, but the crew was very skilled and efficient and managed to take it all down without incident.

I highly recommend Austin Tree Surgeons, as they clearly take pride in doing a fantastic job.

Trees never looked better! Always pleased with the careful job you do and the extra attention you give to my live oak that is barely hanging on. Thanks

TLDR: Crew damaged our tree and management lacks integrity.
I’ve used Austin tree surgeons in the past and received good service, however I recently had them back to my house to remove a large elm that was in bad shape from carpenter ants and to clean up a couple other trees. The arborist who initially came out was great and I do not fault her for this bad service. The crew that did the work was careless and disrespectful to our space and the other surrounding plants. The crew trampled plants in our easement as they were hauling off branches. After the crew left, we noticed that our fig tree (that was not anywhere close to the trees being serviced) had been split in half. This is a rare type of fig that we grew from a tiny start and was finally producing fruit. There is no reason that branches should have dropped near the tree, and the crew did not mention the damage.

I complained to the company and was told that the fig tree would likely recover. I was asked by the arborist if I wanted to see if we could get a discount for this and I said yes. The discount that was offered to me was $50 off on a bill that is over $2,000. This is unacceptable. I will not use their services in the future and warn others of the management’s lack of integrity.

I requested a quote for tree trimming, and within two days, Priscilla came out, gave me a very reasonable price, and assured me that the work would be completed the same week. They came out within two days of my approval! I also want to commend the gentlemen who did the work. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Thank you so much, Austin Tree Surgeons, for providing exactly the kind of service we expect from a local business. We will definitely be repeat customers. If you want great service, reasonable pricing, and quality work, choose Austin Tree Surgeons.

Excellent job - the crew was outstanding! Did the lengthy list of chores, cleaned up everything and were done in an hour! I enjoyed the men climbing the trees with no effort - the chipper was pretty fun too!

Great customer service from beginning to end. Received a reasonable estimate to have a dying cedar elm removed (when compared to two other companies with equally good reviews). The crew showed up when they said they would, took the tree down without incident, and left my deck and backyard spotless. Hopefully, I won't need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them.

We had an old tree in our front yard die. Austin Tree Surgeons had an arborist out very quickly to diagnose the issue and recommend removal. A very reasonable quote was sent to me same day. When I was ready, they had a crew out the next day. Expert and efficient removal! They trimmed the other trees as well. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my go to for tree services going forward. I like the piece of mind in having a real arborist running things.

Austin Tree Surgeons has done two big jobs at our house, and I’d never consider hiring anyone else. They have professional arborists who explain everything in detail, and their crews are fantastic. They do a great job and leave your yard clean of all debris. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the timeliness & professionalism of everyone we interacted with. The tree trimming & palm removal were a much bigger job than we could have handled on our own. Thank you

We had a wonderful experience with Austin Tree Surgeons. Our Arborist, Sean, was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. The price was extremely fair. The crews that did the work were wonderful as well. They took great care in pruning, removing all branches and debris, and notified me about a branch that put a small puncture in our roof shed. They proactively repaired it with silicone. I was so grateful for their honesty and care for our property. For all these reasons, we will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Easy to coordinate and we are very pleased with the work Salvador did in removing/shredding a tree stump in the front of our house. He was very quick and left the area clean of debris. I would recommend to anyone seeking to remove tree stumps.

Jessica is the only arborist that I trust. She is knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and has the customer’s and the tree’s best interests in mind. Unlike some arborists I have come across, she is not selling you something just to get a sale, but is really thinking long term about the best course of action for your trees. A gem, really. Update! Just had our trees trimmed to bring in more light for a new lawn and couldn’t be happier. They showed up when promised, took care of my little requests and cleaned up everything before leaving. Well done!

Had a great experience and service from Austin Tree Surgeons. Really appreciate the arborist coming out on the day of the service and the work done by the team. The price for the service was also very reasonable.

Edit: they did reach out to try and make it right - offering $50 for a new plant or fertilizer. But, a 10 year old plant is not so easily remedied.

This is the second time I’ve used these folks. The first time was to remove some sorrel that had taken over. This time I asked them trim up to large oaks in the front yard. Unfortunately, the trees now both look wonky and not cohesive at all, and the workers stomped the pineapple guava snapping well over half of it off. I’m afraid I’m going to have to find another company to tend to my trees in the future.

Very reasonable price for the work done.
Left the yard extremely clean after all the trimming.
    Will definitely use them again.

A tree guy showed the problem with my tree and wanted me to chop the tree down. I contacted Austin Tree Surgeons. Jessica explained squirrels were gnawing on my tree and because my tree is mature it would not be harmed. I didn't want to lose my 29 year old tree. Thanks so much Jessica!
