Tree reviews in Austin, Texas

Had to get rid of a giant tree in the way of us building our forever home in Lakeway. Great all around tree service and great customer service!

Tree Scouts has been a Godsend for us at Hope Presbyterian. Erik and his crew have taken excellent care of our 50-year old campus and our trees for some time and they're always courteous, conscientous and professional. They are also very fair with their pricing. Thanks Tree Scouts!

We like talking to the owner for the job that needs to be done. Erek also showed up with his workers on the day of the job so there was no confusion.. The foreman , Josh was with crew to see that every tree was pruned to our satisfaction. They arrived on time and got everything done efficiently.

Erek took the time to listen and understand why I called an arborist. Unlike others, he didn't try to sell me on work I didn't need.

Communication was clear from start to finish. I knew what to expect and when. The price was a great value for the quality of the work. I'll be glad to hire Tree Scouts again.

We recently hired Tree Scouts and could not be more pleased with their service. One of our trees needed to be removed due to disease, and many other trees were trimmed. The result was a beautiful yard. Our trees add to the value of our home. We love them. And we trust Tree Scouts to take care of them. Their work was done efficiently, and they cleaned up beautifully afterward. I cannot recommend them enough.

🌳Tree scouts guys are awesome. They honored my time and rescheduled as requested. They did excellent job as mentioned and explained in detail about my backyard tree. Thank you very much Tree scouts.

I wasn’t sure where to start when looking to get our trees trimmed but am super glad a friend recommended Tree Scouts! Great communication, showed up on time, did a great job & left our yard clean. Appreciate yall!

Very efficient tree removal. Yard was left neat and tidy. Completed a 25 foot tree removal in less than 2 hours. Hire Tree Scouts- you will be very glad you did.

These guys do a great job. I’ve used their services a few times over the years from tree removal to oak wilt treatment, great communication, awesome work, and a friendly crew. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Tree Scouts! They are the ultimate professionals--they show up on time, do a great job, and do so for a reasonable price. Everything looks very good and we will be using them in the near future. They are our new go-to tree service and we highly recommend them!

Tree Scouts were great to work with!! They went above and beyond the scope of work that was originally agreed on. Erek, one of their arborists, was very knowledgeable and gave a us a thorough consult before hand. The crew came out to our home in Lakeway and performed stellar work. Our yard was very clean afterwards and they even cut our oak into sizable pieces for easy splitting.

Super happy with the work done, highly recommend.

Great attention to trimming our two big oak trees in our yard. Timely and quick!

I would highly recommend! They listen to everything I wanted and did it. The team was very efficient with everything including clean up! The team also gave a heads up when they were 30 mins out and was very respectful!

I would not trust my mature trees with anyone else. The guys were respectful and very precise with all of the work on my trees.

Tree Scouts were fantastic, came to the house gave a free estimate as promised then did the work they said they'd do. They were careful and safe, tree removed successfully and quickly. Highly recommend.

Very efficient team. Erek was able to come out quickly and provided me a reasonable quote. I gave him the job on the spot. Communication about the appointment status was great. The crew did a good job trimming my trees in preparation of any ice storms.

Excellent job and beautiful results around my property. I recommend the tree Scouts very strongly. They went out of their way to do a better job than I expected. Please feel strongly to use this professional group of tree trimming experts.

Tree Scouts came out to a recently acquired property in Lakeway and did an amazing job trimming up all my trees and shrubs. They made sure nothing was touching my roof, cleaned everything up perfectly, and were incredibly quick and professional throughout the whole process. Their team was respectful, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work, great customer service from start to finish.

I’ll definitely be calling their sister company, Roof Scouts, to take a look at my roof and make sure everything’s in good shape after the tree work.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience, I highly recommend Tree Scouts.

I had a great experience with Tree Scouts! They were professional, punctual, and did an excellent job with my trees. They do not simply trim; they consider the trees' health. Josh with his crew worked efficiently, cleaned up everything afterward, and the price was fair. I’m pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

Wonderful Company!

We have hired the same tree company since 2017. This year I decided to give Tree Scouts Tree Service a try. Erek Flynn, owner & arborist came out 2X to give me an estimate, the 2nd time was because I felt I needed to have more of my neighbors’ trees trimmed then he initially quoted me. He came back out within a couple of hours of my request to re-walk my property with me. The price went up a little, but it was a reasonable price.

The day of service, the team took great care while trimming our trees. Josh was fabulous!
When the crew arrived, he introduced himself, walked the property with me, just like I did with Erek. While working, he communicated with me anytime he had questions & then one more time before they were almost done.

It is difficult to see things clearly until all the trimming is completely finished and the branches are removed from the ground.
So, after the team left, I could see things better & I felt like 2 areas needed a little bit more trimming. I called Tree Scouts & Zack had the team turn around & come back.
Over the top service! They immediately came back & trimmed my trees.

Knowledgeable, communicative, friendly & professional; from beginning to end.
I highly recommend Tree Scouts Tree Service!

Tree Scouts did a great job trimming our trees. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. They knew what they were doing and made sure everything looked good before they left. Cleanup was solid too. Overall, really happy with the work and would definitely use them again.
