Tree reviews in Austin, Texas

Erek and the team at Tree Scouts did a great job on my property. They removed trees, stumps and all the debris for a very good price.
Should you need tree services in the Austin area… Tree Scouts should be your first call.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tree Scouts to manage the tree care on my 5-acre property, and to say the least, they exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. I mostly communicated with Erek and Josh, both of which were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about their work and customer service. They took the time to understand what I was needing , offered expert advice, and ensured everything was completed as I would expect.

The Tree Scouts crew trimmed over 30 trees with, pruning each one to enhance its health and appearance while maintaining the natural beauty of my property. They also handled the removal of a few trees (without damage) and did a thorough cleanup. Simply remarkable from initial contact through the completed job.

What truly set Tree Scouts apart from others was their customer service and their pricing. Well beyond fair, and overall a great value. They were extremely reasonable for the scope of work, especially compared to other companies I’ve used over the past 25 years. I’ve finally found a tree care company I can trust, and I won’t be going anywhere else moving forward. Tree Scouts deserves every bit of their 5-star rating—highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert tree services!

Tree Scouts came out to trim our live oaks in Lakeway and did an amazing job. They were professional, cleaned everything up, and the trees look so much healthier now. Highly recommend their crew!

Tree Scouts is "tree-rific!" Erek came out and discussed planting trees and shrubs to replace the ones that perished due to drought/severe cold/ice. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to listen to my ideas. The quote for tree planting was reasonable, and the crew did a great job planting the trees and giving clear instructions for the care of young trees. I'm looking forward to having shrubs planted in the spring. Thank you so much, Tree Scouts!

Through the years we have had different companies trim our trees, but this was definitely the best company! They knew what trimming we wanted done, however, each of the workers asked our approval as they worked & they made changes as together we saw more trimming needed. They were very efficient in all ways & cleaned up our yard, too!

excellent service, very professional .

Great Customer Service and really professional team. They came and helped me take care of my trees and left everything behind super clean.Thank you!

Thank you Henry and his team for their great service trimming my trees and taking such a great care.
They know everything about trees and we could tell!! Excellent job, professional, clean, and super quick.
Look no further when it comes to your trees!
Will contact them for next year!!

I had one large dead tree removed, another significantly pruned, several others trimmed, and some oak wilt treatment done. This was after 5-10 years of neglect. Henry's tree service did a great job -- they were safe, efficient, cleaned everything up, well priced, and took care of all the small things that show they care about doing a good job.

My kids watched it all through the window and thought it was really cool that he waved at them!! Henry's will be my go to when I need more tree help.

Great team, great work.

Excellent work ! Super happy with the price too. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend 1st Impression Tree Experts. I have used them several times due to there time frame and getting the job done within hours as estimated. Best part is the price is very reasonable and affordable.

My neighbors actually used him the same day after seeing his work - keep it up

Thank You

We used Joe to remove a dead white oak in our backyard and he did an excellent job removing the tree. We hired him again a few weeks later to trim and prune the oaks in our front and backyard. I appreciate his timeliness, professionalism and his price was right. We can now see our house and the trees look fantastic. We will use again and recommend to all our Circle C neighbors!

Don’t waste your money guys. This wasn’t nothing as expected!

Really bad guy. Does terrible work and if you ask for it to be fixed he'll just ignore you. I wasn't going to write a review because honestly, this is a pretty common thing and I don't enjoy writing these. But it just so happened I discovered the other day a new little detail about a fence this guy put in a year ago that I didn't catch until now. This guy just straight up didn't bury a fence post. Never seen that. I mean the post was not even buried in dirt let alone concrete, not even an inch. It was just propped up and nailed to the 2 by 4s like it was normal. I think he changes his company name quite a bit to avoid detection, so beware anyone named christian (hilarious name btw) in the area

I've been using West Austin Trees for a few years and they have always been very patient with all my questions and take real good care of my mom's house. They are honest and professional.

Hi, I just wanted to say that their service was excellent and very professional. The staff was all so courteous as well!

I received 6 quotes for this job. Two large trees approximately 60ft tall, spanning over mine and my neighbor's property and home. I really had no idea the magnitude of these two old-growth redwoods until I did some research!

Although they weren't the cheapest option, their knowledge made them highly recommended.

The whole job was handled in an efficient and professional way. I was impressed with the speed and care that this team had. I strongly recommend West Austin Trees, and would actively seek to use their services in the future. Thank you.

Cesar and his crew took care of some serious broken tree limbs hanging over my house. I've worked with several tree trimming companies and they have been the best by far.

Cesar’s truck pulled out of a parking lot directly in front of my car causing me to have to slam on my brakes and swing into the other lane to avoid a collision. I pointed toward my car’s hood to indicate the driver should pay more attention to vehicles around him and not drive unsafely, especially when there were no cars behind me and he could have just waited five seconds until my car passed him. The driver then proceeded to speed up and follow me for the next few miles, changing lanes to get behind me whenever I changed lanes and following closely. If employees (or owners?) care so little about safety of other drivers, I can’t imagine they would provide the best quality service for lawn care. .
