I would definitely recommend the team over at Smallwood Electric. I reached out wanting to get my house ready for hurricane season by being able to hook up a portable generator to run my whole house. Brooke was very responsive and told me she would have their electrician reach out to go over options.
Jacob reached out and we went over a couple different options, pricing differences and the pros and cons. He got back within a day or so with a quote and then we scheduled the work.
The team was responsive, did what they said they were going to do, no surprises along the way when it came to pricing or anything. They installed a generator plug on my house, a soft start for the AC and provided a cord for connecting the generator. They also tested everything with the generator hooked up after install to make sure everything was functioning like it should. I’m very happy with the quality of work performed, the service and even happier that I’m sitting in the cold AC after hurricane Beryl knocked the power out for over 2 million people and I was prepared.
I would highly recommend to anyone and I’ve already shared their info with my friends and family.

Needed a service pole service for my job. Rob came out qouted the job and within the week had it installed. Great job at a good price

I had these guys come out to replace my breaker box on the side of my house and they completely tore all the wood up and now the new box is crooked and there is a hole in the wall from the previous box. Not recommended at all!

This company was doing repairs on the neighbors house after they moved out. The guy actually had the nerve to park his company truck in MY DRIVEWAY! B. P.D. said if he comes back and does it again to have it towed at owners expense. You better believe I will!

These guys were awesome. Gave them a call and they said we can squeeze someone in. They asked if I could be home within a hour. I said sure. I got home and they showed up 10 minutes later. I told them the problem that was happening and within 5 minutes they found the issue. Great guys and all together I’m glad I called them. They took care of the issue and did not try to milk the clock. They are the go to guys.

We recently used Baytown Electric to replace/repair our broken underground wire. While it took awhile to finish the project due in part to having to wait for the Electricity provider and the many, many downpours, the job was completed and we are very pleased with the work. The price was reasonable compared to other bids we received and Jeff explained every step and kept us advised of their progress.

My home had half power. No ac or heat recently during last cold front. Larry kept in communication with me..Center point and city because permit was needed. The job took no time. The longest part was waiting on Center Point to unlock my meter. Larry made sure minimal waiting time so I wouldn't incur those extra charges. The price was less than I expected. I'm so happy and satisfied with the work, communication and concern Larry had for my problem I would definitely recommend

I used them in the past for residential service, when I last called the stated they only do commercial work now, since the pandemic started. Doesn't make sense to me commercial locations have more exposure to than residential. So I assume it's about the customers ability to absorb high rates. The service they provided me the previous 2 times I used them was fantastic, and affordable.

Place is brand new and I absolutely love this company!! At this particular store they are VERY helpful and kind. Cash and CJ are who have helped me find exactly what I need!! They have manners and not to mention a clean store!! So glad we have one now in Baytown!!

Had a ceiling fan installed and he showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up and hauled away the old fan all at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.

Great service and a great price! I had an outlet installed above my fireplace for my tv. It was a tricky spot to install one, but they got it done quickly and left everything very clean.

Clint install a new panel and breakers and I had him do some repair work coming behind others electrician that I hired .
