I had a meter pole fall due to a limb falling on my service line during a wind storm. Clint gave me a very fair price on the replacement pole and came out to install it when he said he would. He had a mess to straighten up with the wiring and conduit from the old pole but tackled it head on and did a great job. Customer service is top notch and courteous. I recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done and will be calling them again if the need arises.

I hired U.S. Electrical Services to come and install a quick connect for a generator on short notice (before big storm). Clint came out right away and got me all set up. I ended up hiring him for a more complex electrical issue (whole panel replacement) which was also completed quickly, professionally and affordably. The work was done thoroughly and area cleaned up before he left. I no longer have power surges, so my light bulbs last me a whole lot longer now...and my house isn't about to burn down. I will definitely use this company again and will not hesitate to refer others his way.

Showed up needing a special breaker, had someone there indicate that the breaker i brought in as a match up was in good shape and only needed adjusting. Just to be sure, I purchased a breaker from Greg and left to try the original breaker i brought in (the one that needed adjusting) at the panel to see if it worked. Well, the breaker worked - thanks to their adjusting. I brought back the breaker i purchased and i was given my money back -no questions asked. I write this review because i was treated fairly and just. Thanks to the knowledge and courtesy i was given. Maybe because i was a HVAC contractor may of been the cause but still- thanks to Tri-City Supply team!

Wow! What great customer service! We recently had a minor emergency due to loss of refrigerator. The folks at the Baytown store were able to locate and deliver a refrigerator in an amazingly short period of time. We had purchased washer and dryer from this location 2 years ago and have been extremely pleased with the products. Thanks again to this amazing team!

We called them Thursday afternoon and were told they would come between 9:00 and noon the next day (Friday). They called Friday at noon and said they could not come before Tuesday. No excuses. Just "sorry".

If I could give them no stars I would. Charged me without showing up. Called said they'd be here yesterday between 3 and 330. Still haven't shown up 24hrs later. Haven't been refunded my money either. #Great company 👎 .would never recommend to anyone.

Michael was brilliant and the company was transparent and professional on pricing, service interruptions, and general process. Additionally because half the household is working from home we needed to minimize internet downtime, and these folks brought in a generator and had us able to continue to working while upgrading the service from 100 to 200 amp. Will definitely be calling for our next project

These guys were great. I hired them to reconnect power to my detached garage and troubleshoot a flood light. The garage part was easy, once I dug the trench from the house to bury the line for it. The part I appreciate most is that they spent time trying to figure out what was wrong with the flood light. Once we settled on the fact that the line to it was stolen for our kitchen during a renovation, they figured out a way to reconnect it without cutting through walls again. Not the perfect solution, but I'm happy they thought of it, and I'm bringing them back to finish that part. They also replied, were available, and followed through faster than 3 other electricians I reached out to.

Apparently it depends on who you get. This company has subcontractors, I would not have called them if I knew that. The elderly gentleman they sent out here obviously could not handle my problem. The only thing he did for me was call Centerpoint, then he was arguing with them about their equipment. He left before Centerpoint finished disconnecting the broken wires. No quote, no estimate, no indication as to what or when he would do anything. I called Lambert that night. No callback from them, no contact the next day. I called the electrician and he said, I was just working on what needs to be done, and that he had even called a master electrician. I was thinking, apparently that is what I need to do. He said he would get back with me. I have been 5 days with no AC or internet, and no power in most of my outlets and lights. They charged me $139 for nothing, and I still need this work done. They definitely did not meet my need.
