I had a great experience with Fortress Electric. Israel and his assistant arrived on time and were professional from start to finish. I was impressed that they had all the necessary materials on hand, so there was no back-and-forth to the hardware store. The final price matched the quote with no hidden fees or surprises. They finished the job in one full day and left the workspace spotless.

The project involved upgrading a 40-year-old 60-amp panel to a new 100-amp Square D sub-panel. This included running a new 100-amp copper service wire from the main panel, removing an old 60-amp switch, installing a new Intermatic digital timer for lighting, and installing a new 220v water heater outlet (with a 30-amp GFCI breaker) and a 115v GFCI outlet.

I would highly recommend Fortress Electric for any electrical work and I definitely plan on using them again.

These guys came into a situation with non-standard, old wiring. They replaced the breaker box and the outside input equipment. They replaced outlets, added gfi plugs in places that needed, and removed potentially dangerous wiring. They were professional and easy to do business with.
