I went to Home Depot today to purchase a large dust pan for picking up leaves. The lady that was standing near the front was really helpful. She took me to where the dust pans were and was very helpful in my choosing one. She was really friendly. I checked out through the garden center and the cashier (Sheila) presented a very positive attitude. She was friendly and happy to being doing her job. This experience made my day.

Do NOT use this poor excuse for a company. They take money from the elderly and never show back up to do the work.

DO NOT USE!! Crook! This company was very unprofessional with my elderly parents. My dad paid him money up front to take a tree out. They came and cut some of the higher limbs out then quit for the day. They never came back to finish taking the tree out. Wouldn’t answer the phone. Made excuses. So my dad called someone else to take the tree out. The owner found out and showed up threatening to take the other tree service to court and sue them. They had a big conflict in my folks yard which upset both of my parents. He claimed he would be back to finish the job. Long story short, my dad had to pay someone else to finish the job.

K.P. Chimney Cleaning came out to clean my chimney for my wood stove, and they did a fantastic job. Gavin was quick, super friendly, and made sure to keep all the soot and ash contained. There was no mess left behind at all. The price was great compared to previous cleanings, and the quality of their work really impressed me.

K.P. Chimney Cleaning did a fantastic job. Tony arrived right on time and took care to explain everything about my fireplace, making sure I understood how to keep it in good shape. He also cleaned out a huge amount of lint from my dryer vent, which was definitely needed. The work was thorough and professional. I’m really happy with the service and will definitely call them again when it’s time for another chimney sweep.

Update: after posting a review with oh my duct the owner called me and came out to fix the issue personally. He said no one contacted him from K.P. Chimney, which is a company he contracts though. I would recommend going through oh my duct directly and cutting out the middle man.

Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from, considering the way this place did business. There is also no such business in Baytown. Went to the address and location and it’s a lawyers office.Something smells fishy. Hired them to inspect and clean my chimney and fire place, and a company called oh my duct from Houston came out. Carlos was quick to come out and told me I needed a new refractor panel for my fire place, quoted me on it and said they could install it the next day. After the work was done everything looked good from far but far from good. I did not notice until after they left the panel that they installed was cracked worse than the one they removed. The whole corner is cracked off and they tried to cover it up with sealant and paint! I contacted them and they assured me they were going to make it right. Every time I call they tell me a supervisor will call me back. Well almost 2 months later and multiple phone calls later not a single supervisor has tried to contact to resolve this. I will reporting to the BBB, and looking into small claims options if I have any, $800 is a lot of money to leave something worse than the way you found it.

I had my chimney cleaned and inspected in Baytown by this company, and they were extremely professional and paid close attention to every detail.
