Nicolas and Jayden came highly recommended for chimney sweep services, and they truly exceeded all expectations. I was able to get a quote just by sending them pictures of my fireplace, which made things really easy. When they arrived, they did a thorough cleaning and quickly found the problem—the previous owners had burned very hot fires, which caused cracks in the fireplace paneling. Nicolas and Jayden returned soon after and repaired everything perfectly. They were always on time, stayed within the price they quoted, and were very responsive and friendly. Nicolas also shared some helpful advice on how to take care of our fireplace for longer-lasting use. I can’t recommend their chimney sweep work in Baytown enough!

Gavin was our assigned technician for both a chimney sweep and a dryer vent cleaning. He was very friendly and, most importantly, did a fantastic job. Gavin walked me through the whole process, told me how everything looked after the inspection, and made sure to use the right footwear to safely get on my roof without causing any damage. I was so pleased with his work that I scheduled a chimney cleaning for my son’s house, too. The team who answered the phone and handled the scheduling were also very helpful and polite. Great experience all around!

After moving into our 30-year-old home, we decided to have the fireplace and chimney inspected by a professional chimney sweep. Jayden came out and did a thorough check of the fireplace and flue. He pointed out a small amount of rock wool around a capped-off gas pipe, but assured us that everything was safe and ready to use. The whole process was smooth—great communication for scheduling, and Jayden arrived right when he said he would. Very friendly and helpful service!

I booked a chimney sweep service online using the link from their website, and I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me, even though it was right before a holiday weekend. The team showed up right on time, and Jayden and Gavin did a fantastic job cleaning our fireplace insert. They used some new brushes that really seemed to make a difference in getting everything extra clean. Jayden worked inside and made sure to lay down brand new blankets to protect our floors, and he kept the vacuum running the whole time to keep soot and dust under control. Meanwhile, Gavin took care of cleaning the chimney from the roof, making the whole process very efficient. Gavin also let us know about some cracks in our chimney cap and gave us a quote for repairs right away. Great experience all around – I highly recommend them if you need your chimney swept in Texas!
