We’ve had trouble for many years but dealt with Cryer. We have them come weekly to service our pool and this is what it’s looked like for weeks. They do not handle things appropriately. And they don’t train people properly. Our pool was left on backwash where it drained our pool. They didn’t add water from the auto filler and now are requiring us to pay over 2 grand to fix a pump they ran dry. I’m furious.

I love my new pool from Cryer Pools and Spas. They had a great assortment to pick from and a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I couldn't be happier with it. Please if you want a quality pool at a great price and a hassle free experience go to Cryer Pools.

On a side note...All though the pool was beautiful...I had to dress it up to fit my Tiki theme.

Called to have a light changed in my pool only to find out it's an LED light..and so it couldn't be replaced that day. Guy said he would have an estimate ready for me. Well 4 days later they call to give me estimate and said they would set up a time to have it replaced, but could not give me an answer at the moment. No problem... well later that same day... I see $100.83 charge on my credit card. I'm guessing this was for him to come out and diagnose the repair work they were to perform, but because he did not have the materials at the time he instead wasted my time and money on something that anyone else would have given for free to try to retain my svcs. Not only is it expensive "1,600 to change the LED light out or $700 to convert back to a regular old light bulb, they've done a disservice to me charging me for a visit I was never informed about paying. Not only did I find someone else quicker and cheaper and the light is changed out, no issues..but I'm still awaiting a phone call from this incompetent company to get back to me to set a day to install. I will not use them ever again- in fact I will be canceling that card in case they try to charge me again in the future for services not rendered. Im halfway to reporting them to the BBB because they they are THIEVES, you should not charge someone for something you NEVER informed them about!!! Careful when employing their svcs they are not a full disclosure company, they are THIEVES

Teresa is the best! She was so helpful in teaching me how to take care of our new pool. I think i must have called her once a day the first week lol but she was always patient and helpful. The pool has been wonderful! So glad we went with salt water! We did have some issues but each time, Teresa worked hard to resolve and take care of us! We love our pool! It makes summers so much more fun!

Our experience with Cryer Pools was wonderful. Teresa is such a great person. She took the time to help and explain to us about our above ground. We now officially own a Cryer Pool, a 15×30 Quantum. Teresa with Cryer Pools is the bomb. She was wonderful in during the whole purchase and installation of the pool. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had. The pool installer, Mr. Rodriquez and his crew took only about 11 hours over a 2 day period to build everything and it went great. They definitely know what they are doing. I appreciate everything and the overall professionalism from Cryer Pools, Teresa, their staff and Mr. Rodriquez.

Cryer Pools were amazing. With COVID we thought our pool would be delayed for 60 days. But, we were lucky due to the size of the pool. We completely understood the backorder situation. But, glad we did not have to wait. Our pool has been completed for 1 week. The team they have is wonderful. They work hard and know what they are doing. It was quick from the first dig to back fill. We have learned a lot about pools and terminology for this industry. We are pool virgins and Teresa was amazing all on her own. She knows her stuff... We are very happy with our pool. I have seen a few negative reviews about follow up service/repairs after pool installation. I do not feel this will be the case with Teresa. I hope she never leaves the company.... :-) Will provide an update in a month or so.... that will include the final stage of the deck being custom built. Stay Safe and thank you so much Teresa.

We had an amazing experience with Teresa at Cryer Pool and let me tell you why . We where going to be out of town and was not going to be there so Teresa said you guys don’t worry when you come back this pool will be ready for you to jump in and have a blast .. Teresa kept us in the loop on when and how the progress was going and sent pictures as well !!! She is such an amazing person for doing this for our family. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had. We love Cryer pools for going out of there way to make it a smooth build!!!

Exceptional! Cryer pools have been our Pool service for 20 years and we have NEVER had an issue with the service they provide. Sylvester is our current pool cleaner (for 3 years now) and he is a consummate professional. We couldn’t ask for a better pool cleaning company. The office staff have always been completely helpful, too.

Had our pool installed last month. We paid for a turn key job & that's what we got! Teresa was awesome to deal with. She knows her stuff & everything was exactly as she said it would be. Installation crew was great. After we got it filled up, we found a few small leaks in the plumbing. Called Teresa & the installer was out the next day. Customer service by the entire team has been great! Highly recommend Cryer Pools and Spas!!

Cryer Pools and SPA, is a company that I've been using for several years now, the service is very good and they have good customer service and are timely. I gave them a 4 star because I think the service is a bit expensive for weekly services.

Ruined my carpet and won't return calls. What he does is criminal. This is a scam do not use. I wish I could press charges to be honest.
