First let me say, the staff and customer service here gets 5 stars by itself. I was sold a broken/stolen unit from an individual and Cryer took the cleaner apart for free to give me an estimate. After finding out the unit would've cost almost $700 to repair, they truly felt bad for what I had gone through and offered me a new cleaner for less than the cost of the repair. Just so I would have something with a warranty and something that was new and dependable. I am officially using Cryer as my go to pool store and am leaving Leslie's for good. Their products are reasonably priced and they only sell you what you need. Thank you again for everything.

We are officially Cryer Pool owners of a 15×30 Quantum 54. Teresa is wonderful in helping to answer questions after set up. Mr. Rodriquez and his crew took 1 1/2 days to build everything went great, we were prior pool owners, which meant putting the new where the old one stood. We were pushed back two different dates due to the rain we had mid June but we understand they can not control the weather. Third time was the charm. Thank you for all your friendly service.
