Teresa is so AWESOME!!! I told her that, I was not sure if she treated all the customers the way she treats my family but, I could not ask for better customer service! You can honestly tell that she cares for her customers, loves her job and the Cryer pools brand as a business. Because of her upbeat attitude and helpfulness it shows in all the employees when I come into the store. All of these are reasons why I would recommend Cryer pools to anyone I know!

I am extremely disappointed with Cryer Pools and Spas. The pool cleaners consistently failed to test the water or vacuum the pool. Despite performing an algae treatment, they were sent back two days later to vacuum but didn't do it. The cleaner on Tuesday also didn't use the vacuum, always having an excuse. On Thursday, they outright lied about vacuuming, as proven by videos sent to Alle.

I decided to end my service with them due to their consistently poor performance. I wouldn't use or recommend their service. Despite Alle telling me I wouldn’t be charged for the last cleaning since they didn’t vacuum, I was initially charged but later credited.

I’ve been using Cryer Pools for about 5 years for service and cleaning. Brandon is here cleaning my pool each week without fail. He is very customer service oriented and very polite. He always gets the pool perfectly clean and answers all of my questions. He is extremely helpful and an asset to Cryer pools.

Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, the office staff has been great too.

I cannot say enough good things about Cryer Pools! Bought our pool and our installation got pushed up and they were fast and professional! Sales manager took time while in the hospital and home recovering to walk me through some issues I was having! Excellent customer service and best prices around! We have been customers of cryers for about a year now. First, I can tell you from experience and shopping around that their pool prices and installation were much cheaper than another local competitor. Second, the staff there is very friendly and treats you like family. They do what they can to diagnose your water problems. Third, the pool cleaners are just as exceptional as the business. We loved when we had service with them. And lastly, they have honored any and all quotes and deals that were discussed. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. Go check them out!

We purchased our new pool in April 2018 and had it installed 2 weeks later. Everything went according to plan. Teresa did a great job explaining the process and helping us build a package for our 30 ft. diameter pool. Mr. Rodriguez installed in a days time with no issues. I visit weekly to have the water checked and they are always spot on in advising us of what we need to maintain our pool water. Overall this has been a great experience and I would do it all over again if I had to.

Excellent team of people to work with. They are very thorough and helpful through the ENTIRE process. We are virgin pool owners with tons of questions and they have answered them all without ridicule.
Mr Rodriguez, the recommended installer, was FANTASTIC. He was very professional and easy to speak with. He and his partner were quiet and clean. They picked up ALL the trash from my new pool, never even asked to come in to use the restroom, and had the pool up in just a few hours after they stabilized and prepped the ground.
Stephen, the hot tub installer, was very helpful and professional and went beyond to answer all our question. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

What every do don't buy anything or do any type of business with them. Cause they don't stand any warranty. We been having so much problems with our pool. Every time we call or go to the store. They keep saying the only thing is cover is the pool liner but that's not true at all.

We are so excited about our new pool. Cryer Pools came highly recommended and has not disappointed. They have answered every question I had even before purchasing the pool. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. The installers where on time and did a great job. Teresa patiently walked me through the maintenance steps with clarity and was very patient. Thank you! We had an excellent experience with our first pool from Cryer Pools...So when a large tree fell across it & destroyed it we immediately contacted Cryer again.
Happy to say we had the same great service. Great business!

We, recently, purchased a 24 ft. Monterey pool package from Creyer. We took the advice of our extremely helpful salesperson, Teresa who had given us the name of contractors to level and install the pool and electric. We are very happy with everything. Not quite finished with landscaping and deck, but quite satisfied with purchase. Teresa made sure we understood the workings of the new pool.

I will not say anything more than the pictures of my pool after 2 months of service.

Very arrogant company from owner who allows this to happen to employees who don’t care about their product service or employer .

Cryer Pools and Spas have been taking care of our pool and keeping it crystal clear for years. Rare times when it isn’t crystal clear they come out and make it crystal clear ASAP.
