These guys are great. I had an ongoing leak in my line and they promptly came out drained the line with compressor and then gave me a list of options in the event that didnt work. They also evaluated what a warranty company had advised me and debunked most of the time and money wasting options that company provided. Once the problem returned several weeks later they were immediately available. Given the age of my system i opted for a new system. Blake Jake and team got me squared away and im very satisfied with the results.

Blake, and his team communicate with you to explain what's going on with your equipment, on a level that doesn't make you scratch your head. Which allows you to make informed decisions on maintenance or any necessary repairs easily.

Blake replaced our outside heat pump 2 seasons ago. Called THC back out for our seasonal maintenance today (2023). Great service as always!!

Blake is a professional and stand-up guy! Cannot be appreciative enough for the help he gave us today. Our electrical is a nightmare and lead to issues with our a.c.. Blake came out today and gave me some insight as to what was causing the issues, got me in contact with local tradesmen who could help us with our other issues and there was NO cumbersome sales pitch at any point. I inquired about the price for a full replacement, Blake figured the extremely reasonable price with rebates and told me when I was ready to do that he would love to help us out. He did all of this and refused to take any payment for the consultation.

Blake is the last of a dieing breed of honest tradesmen, I would recommend him to anyone who so much as THINKS their system may need looked at.

Frank was very polite and explained what he was doing in terms I could understand. He let me know what his ETA was and he was at my house within minutes of his projected time. I will definitely be using THC Mechanical in the future.

We have a room that is hotter than our other rooms so Blake and his team came out to see what is going on along with ensuring my AC was working as it should. Blake found the issue as to why the room is warmer than others very quickly so I will be scheduling a time to have them fix it. Luckily, I'm writing this review from my FINALLY cooled office. Blake and his team at THC Mechanical did a superb job on a difficult install. If, you're like me, and value honesty and integrity (not too mention a consistently fast response time), then do yourself a favor and call THC mechanical for all your air-conditioning needs. Finding a reliable air conditioning company is like finding a good doctor or dentist, you stay with them for a long while.

Blake and Jake are great!! They are very professional, organized, communicative, personable and efficient. Now they are a bit pricey (imo) BUT you get MORE than what you pay for. Found them by pure coincidence about 2 years ago and they have been stuck with me ever since. :)

We left a review a couple weeks back, after our initial consultation with Blake, we just had our service done this afternoon and these guys came through in the clutch!! What we were certain was going to be a costly system overhaul, THC was able to turn into a very affordable repair on our existing system.

Amazing service, came to our rescue after 5pm when our AC decided to die in the middle of the summer.. Blake and his team were able to get us fixed and cooled off before bedtime... Very reasonable pricing and didn’t gouge us because it was an after business hours call. THC and their employees are honest and really care about their customers. They will always be #1 on our list for A/C and Heat checkups and repairs..

Blake always makes sure we are taken care of. We have had a few emergencies and boy does he go the extra mile to address our A/C concerns. Not only is he an excellent service expert and fast, price is outstanding and he takes the time to educate you on what is going on. After months of trying to figure out how to balance our four AC units after a commercial build out, Blake and his team came out and got a squared away in just a few hours. Blake Tremaine is great. He answered the phone on a Sunday and helped me figure out over the phone that my A/C drain line was clogged and it wasn't an emergency.
