I would highly recommend THC Mechanical. I received greater service, fair pricing, and a very knowledgeable crew.

The owner, Blake, came quickly, installed in one day, and was very honest.

I had four other companies come out and give me quotes. They mostly tried to upsell me, Blake came out, looked at my current system, quoted me a price, offered zero percent financing, and did exactly what he said they would do.

Honest, fair, and friendly...you don't find that much anymore. Thank you, THC. I appreciate your service. My house is cool again. Very thankful.

Blake and his team made our chiller issues a top priority. Even though it took a while to figure out what the issue was, they were at our apartments each day, many times late into the evening, until they had us up and running again. Blake kept me informed of what was going on and made sure to get needed approvals before purchasing expensive parts. Communication was great from the beginning, which I am grateful for!

Update: We have been using THC Mechanical for about a year now. Blake and his team still make our chiller issues a top priority when they occur. They are great with communication throughout the process, and have even called when they noticed something wrong that had nothing to do with our HVAC system. Updated review: My office AC was not cooling in the morning. Frank was able to look at the unit with same day! Unit was low on gas and was recharged. Still had cooling issues in the morning and Blake took a second look. Bad wire for the thermostat. Office is ice cold blowing 57 degrees at the vent! Awesome customer service when they could have ignored my morning cooling issues as my office gets full sun in the morning (especially approaching fall). Reasonably priced for high quality work and diagnostics. Highly recommended! Love that they are local in HEB. Great job guys!

Just had the rooftop unit at my office serviced by Frank. Excellent service, fair and reasonable pricing, and very knowledgeable. I like how they showed before and after pictures of the service. I called THC Mechanical when my A/C stopped cooling. Blake came the following day, identified the issue and fixed it within 35 minutes! He also found and corrected spliced wires and the heat pump which was not wired. He promptly responded to my texts, with questions, after he left. The customer service provided is amazing! I will definitely recommend to others.

They were timely, thorough and did excellent job, if you’re looking someone honest to work on your AC Blake and frank are your guys. I got there number on a recommendation described as “ I’ve got a great ac repairmen” and they didn’t lie. My ac got taken care of and it got highlighted the work that had been done not long ago, where they had tampered with the unit. 100% recommend !

Blake took my call around 8:00 am and had a tech at my house by 12:00 pm. Frank fixed the capacitor and was complete by 1:00pm. If you’re looking for quality service at a fair price, call THC Mechanical.

Our AC system 'died' Sunday June 9, 2024. We contacted THC Mechanical, Blake Tremaine and he came immediately to check the system. He discovered the AC compressor had shorted.
Within a couple hours he presented two proposals and we chose to have the entire system replaced.
On Monday, June 20 by 5:00 pm Blake's crew had the old system out and the new system installed and working!
