I got back from vacation to find out my AC wasn't working and needed replacement. I called a couple places but I felt that going with Air Conditioning Alliance was the best choice for my needs. Carlos came by, was honest, and kindly explained everything to me to where I knew what I was getting into. He was able to set up an installation date that was very soon afterwards and he and his crew showed up on time and worked the whole time removing and installing a new AC system for me. The entire they were there, Carlos and his crew were extremely kind and respectful. It's been a week and the new system and installation work that Carlos and his team did are working great. I'm definitely going to recommend these guys to anyone with AC issues.

I noticed water dripping outside and realized that things were clogged. I called Carlos and he was here the very next day. Not only did he clear the clogged drain he check our complete air conditioner system and has it running smoothly and cooling us nicely. This man, Carlos is just amazing! Polite, knowledgeable, timely and well just great! If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Carlos for taking care of this old lady so quickly.

Carlos I felt went above and beyond. Great service. Described recommendation, what he would do and cost. Our A/C compressor had failed on a Carrier unit with warranty expired the month before, and with triple digit temperatures in North Texas, there was not many options to get repairs completed in a timely manner. I researched some replacement compressors and decided to spend an extra thousand to replace and recieve a better warranty on a complete outdoor unit. After speaking with a couple of other repair businesses, Carlos obtained a replacement, had the unit up and running the next morning at a competitive cost. I may note that my wife is retired, I have a job that keeps me active, so we have been through many ups and downs with businesses there to make a profit. Highly recommend Air Conditioning Alliance.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received from Air Conditioning Alliance! They came out on Friday and made a world of difference in my home. For 3 summers, my upstairs A/C had been running non-stop, struggling to keep the area cool, and despite having two other companies look at it, the problem persisted. But Carlos was different—they found the issue that others had completely overlooked.

Since their visit, my energy savings have been significant, and the upstairs is finally comfortable without the A/C working overtime. Their attention to detail and expertise truly set them apart. WARNING. Very overpriced and upcharges, with questionable ethics. My water condenser overflow was clogged and triggering the overflow sensor. He said it needed to be redone (extended out) at a whopping $250 plus $89. Then he just moved the sensor out around 6 inches which took 15-20 min and maybe $5 of PVC materials.

Another AC company told me this work was unnecessary. All he had to do was clean and flush the overflow system. Which actually anyone can do themselves. The $340 I spent was a waste of money. And I had to undo his work and put it back the way it was because the extension he did was protruding and in the way.

I don't recommend at all. All he had to do was flush my system but he opted to upcharge me instead. There are a lot of other Air/HVAC companies in the local area that are trustworthy.

I don’t write reviews but I feel like I must do to the awesome service and quality from Carlos, our AC went out on a Tuesday afternoon. After calling 3 different AC companies that would be able to come out the same day Carlos was by far the most honest and best value. His professionalism and value cannot be matched. Less than 48hrs later our AC system was replaced at half the cost of the competitors in the area. Do not hesitate to call Air Conditioning Alliance. They make the process easy and I felt like Carlos is trustworthy and honest. He even stayed late to help me get financed. Thanks again.

I noticed a leak coming from my overflow pipe outside on my patio. It was a clogged in my home air conditioner line. I found these company on google and spoke with Carol's. HE was very professional and quickly arrived to the rescue. The repair was done within 20 minutes. Thanks Carlos 😊

I had a great experience with Carlos. He was very punctual, and respectful of my home. He was able to clearly lay out what the issue with my AC was, and provided solutions that incorporated my existing equipment where he could. The cost was very fair, especially considering that he ended up having to put in a lot of extra effort working in the heat after his help was pulled away due to an emergency. Carlos still made sure the work was finished that day, and the work was high quality and professional. Will definitely be using him again in the future if needed.

The technician was prompt and showed up in time . He diagnosed our system and then gave us options and explained each one in details. I was also impressed that he took photos so that he could explain what the issue was and then gave us a fair price with a service agreement that was affordable. The job was done and now we have air and the come to fine out the technician was the owner and never said a word. Our hats off to you Carlos.

Our system was not cooling on Saturday, and a service technician was sent the same day. He diagnosed a leak in the evaporator coil, and the replacement was completed the following Monday.
The entire team delivered 5-star service, from initial scheduling and notifications to inspection, quoting, pricing, and installation. Highly recommended!

Fair price (actually more than fair, we had several quotes- they should be your first stop) and excellent work. We appreciate Air Conditioning Alliance keeping us cool, and highly recommend!

My AC went out, and I googled ac repair. A#1 air sent someone out, and they said I needed a whole new system, that would run me upwards of 8,000 dollars. The best they could do was charge me 1,000 dollars for a temporary fix that “may or may not work”. I then called air conditioning alliance, and they were at my house in under a few hours. They fixed my ac unit for a total of 400$. If your ac is not working, at least get a second opinion from air conditioning alliance. They saved me thousands of dollars.

My AC stopped working around 1pm, called at 4pm, and he was here by 4:30. Took Carlos about 10 minutes to figure out the issue and resolve it. Very quick and efficient.
