Air Conditioning Alliance was fantastic! I called after hours, got a quick response, and they sent a tech out the next day. The problem was diagnosed and fixed the same day. Fast, professional, and reliable service!

Air Conditioning Alliance came to the rescue recently when our AC went out (summer in Texas!). Our serviceman, Kai, was wonderful! He was very communicative and prompt. They took care of dealing with our uncooperative home warranty company and got it done! Thank you, Kai and Carlos!!

Carlos and his team are extremely professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. My ac unit wasn’t cooling and they were able to come the same day and get it up and running like new. They gave me options to help work within my budget and went into detail the differences between all of them. Overall I am very pleased with the service they provided me, I also got to sign up for their preventative maintenance program which they were able to do the same day!

Carlos and Kai did a fantastic job replacing the coil on my unit. They were able to be scheduled last minute and have a few different options on the repair work that could be done. They were on time and extremely professional. Highly recommended them!

First I would like to say these guys did a great job getting my AC back up and running so I wouldn't have to suffer through another 87 degree night. Normally I'm the guy that opens up google and makes the wrong decision, but not this time. I still have a low percentage, but it just got better. Carlos came out very quickly after I contacted him, gave me my options and fixed the issue. I've been searching for the right AC company for the last 12 years of home ownership and think I've landed on a winner given their responsiveness, fair pricing and execution. I usually only write reviews when I'm disappointed with service but in this case they deserve the mention and future recommendations I'll be making on their behalf.

Normally don’t leave reviews, but I never had to follow up with my service technician! I was always informed and given multiple options to fix my AC. Had an older unit(20+yrs) got plenty of use out of it, but decided to just replace it. Glad I did and will definitely call Air conditioning Alliance again. Carlos, Kai, and were awesome and gave me multiple options and were not pushy! I was able to make a decision on my own. All in all Great service, prompt, professional, and respectful. Excellent service! Carlos and his team did an excellent job. They were respectful of property, very efficient and just nice guys. Our installation presented some challenges because of the old system, but they got it done and made it look easy.

From the start Carlos explained everything to us in advance. He went over every available option with us, including what could and couldn't be done to salvage the 30+ year old failing system we had. I never felt like we were being up-sold or pressured to buy a new system, even though I knew in advance it was time. The prices were very reasonable as well.

Hi highly recommend Carlos, owner of Air Conditioning Alliance. He came within 20 minutes of my distress call on Christmas Eve!! He quickly found the problem and fixed it right away. He was a true gentleman and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use him in the future.

I had Carlos come out to my rental in Farmers Branch to change out the capacitor. He did a great job informing me of the a/c needs. He checked all the air vents and put some refrigerant in the system. He was very professional and the price was worth it since he came out on Sunday! I really appreciate him coming out today. I plan on using his company at my home very soon.

A very delayed review, but well deserved! Carlos came out late summer of 2023 when my A/C unit was no longer cooling. He walked me through his diagnosis and the next steps and made sure I fully understood, and two years later the unit is still running strong! He also came back out later that same year when my heater started acting up and determined I just had a faulty thermostat. Overall very honest, open, and clear communication with prompt service and fair pricing! I’ll definitely be using them next time my A/C 94 heater gives me any issues.

We used Air Conditioning Alliance a few years ago but have moved pretty far away from Fort Worth since. When we had a local company tell us we had an issue with our unit and we wanted a second opinion.
Despite living an hour away from Fort Worth they still came out to give us a second opinion on our HVAC issue, immediately found the problem, and got everything fixed quickly. The technician is always so friendly, honest, and easy to work with. We really appreciate the great service and the peace of mind they provide. They continue to impress us. Highly recommend!

Carlos came out and found the problem with my AC unit fan not shutting off after reaching room temperature. He cleaned the unit. Replaced the worn parts and the AC worked great again. Then the wires for the heating element in the AC unit weren't connecting to power and Carlos immediately returned and fixed this problem without charging me. Even though it was a different problem. That's great service! I'm glad I found his business in Bedford. Will definitely be use his expertise in the future.
