Jonathan came back! I called Air Worth at 2:20pm, expecting to schedule the service call for the next day. Jonathan was at our door at 4:00pm the same day. Just as before he pleasant, courteous, thoughtful and patient. After diagnosing the problem; Jonathan showed me the problem. He then explained what the repairs would entail, making sure that the unit was still under warranty, and explained next steps.
Although HVAC problems are never "fun," I always enjoy working with Air Worth.

I have been a customer for over 30 years and will continue being a long term customer. Air Worth is easy to work with and their employees are great with customers. Matt, David and Mark are great to work with and always respond especially during emergencies.

We have been using Air Worth for 3 years now. Their service techs are very well trained and have a done an excellent job in both replacing and servicing our 3 AC units. Our two main AC units were over 15 years old, using R-22 refrigerant that was both outdated and expensive.
They were replaced with high efficiency heat pump units. The third unit, a ductless AC/heating unit we had installed in our garage.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced, high quality AC company, we strongly recommend Air Worth.
