Always arrived at the time they said they would. Marco, the technician was very knowledgeable and polite and fixed the issues. The company was very easy to work with.

Service Tech Marco was great. He located the fridge water leak, had parts ordered and Installed in a timely manner.

Scheduled technician to fix Sansung washer code error. Problem was failing pump. Marco very professional on his 3 trips to our house required because first pump was defective from warehouse. We will use Mr Appliance again. Thank you Logan and special thanks to Marco.

Was a little concerned with the initial call to the answering service. Logan called me back in a short time and assured me he would send me a picture of my service tech Marco in a uniform. Logan indicated company would communicate with me along the way. Communication was perfect. Marco was professional and on time. First off all, before they ever came out, they sent a picture of the repair man who was coming out. Absolutely loved that. Once Marco got here, he was very professional, courteous and was quick to help. Once he fixed the refrigerator, he also worked on the stove top at a discounted rate for the second thing needing repairs. We will definitely using Mr. Appliance of HEB again. Update: 2-17-2026
Marco came out again this time to fix the dishwasher because it wasn't draining properly. Come to find out the last person to replace the garage disposal didn't knock out the drain plug. He knew right away what the issue was. Once again, we'll definitely use Mr. Appliance and Marco again for repairs.

Service Tech was thorough, patient w/ our questions & gave sound advice for moving forward RE: our washer. Mr. Appliance will definitely be our go-to company for any needs we have in the future.

Marco was our technician, who arrived the morning after requesting repair the previous afternoon. Professional, efficiently diagnosed the problem, drain pump. The part had to be ordered over a weekend, but was contacted 1st thing Monday morning to set apptment on Tuesday. The new pump was installed quickly & he even noticed our dryer was “wobbly”, and leveled it for us. We will definitely contact Mr Appliance again when needed!

Marco was my technician. He showed up on time and diagnosed my problem quickly. He did not have the part available. He ordered the part and was able install it the very same week. He was on time for the installation appointment. He performed the repair quickly. He is very perso able and obviously knowledgeable about house hold appliances.

Loved the simplicity of the full fix. James was our repair men and he was awesome. Would recommend this company to anyone. Got my washer pump fixed. It wasn't draining the water out of the barrel.

My dishwasher stopped working right before Christmas. David came out, troubleshot the issue, and was upfront about not replacing anything unnecessary. He found debris in the motor, fixed it without a replacement, and got it running again. Honest, great service! You’re the man David!

The appliance repairman was personable, polite, and had a sense of humor as our dishwasher provided to be a challenge. They stuck with it until it was repaired and Logan confirmed this with me. A plumbing issue arose as he was trying to repair the dishwasher. To their credit, they covered the cost of the plumber to repair that too.

Many thanks to Mr. Appliance for getting my repair done with minimum hassle. I am just handy enough to diagnose my problem, but not to repair it. They honored my request to have the part on the truck (for a 20 year old machine) for their first visit. Because of this the repair was completed in one trip!

Overall experience was great I put in for a refrigerator issue and microwave issue. I ended up not having anything wrong with my refrigerator which was thoroughly checked out. The microwave needed a new spinner motor which if you look up the part is around 89 bucks but the repair was quoted 360 dollars and some odd change to repair this. That is more than I paid for the overhead microwave itself which is around 265. Yes I would have got the 70 dollar diagnostic fee back but feel that pricing is kind of crazy. Overall Marco was very courteous and friendly. Just stinks I feel like I just threw 200 dollars down the drain to do diagnostic testing oh well 🫠

Mr. appliance Bedford Euless did a great job taking care of us. Calvin was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing our problem and making recommendations. It was easy to get an appt scheduled quickly as well.I would definitely use these guys the next time we need appliance repair.
