Mr. Appliance was awesome! My employer had him out for service and it was actually enjoyable. He was quick, but thorough. He even left a goodie bag with info and detergent to use. Highly recommend this company!!!

Calvin arrived and quickly solved the washing machine issue. He was very kind and helpful and super efficient. I cannot say enough nice things about the experience with Calvin of Mr. Appliance in Hurst-Euless-Bedford. If I could give 10 stars, they would have them! Super!

I had a great experience with this appliance repair company! Marco was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic — fast, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had my appliance up and running in no time. On top of that, he was friendly and personable, which made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend them, and especially Marco, for anyone needing appliance repairs!

Logan was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and scheduled an appointment to look at our washer and dryer!
Calvin came the next day and did a diagnostic check. Checked washer and dryer, washer needed too much work and I decided to purchase a new one. Calvin didn’t charge for dryer, since it did have several settings that worked. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and will use them again!

Excellent service! They communicated clearly expected charges, arrival time, scope of repairs - even sent a picture of the repair person so I would know who would be at my front door! Service was completed quickly for the amount estimated, and they followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I will call them again in the future.

We had our washing machine repaired and this company did a great job. They were very professional and will definitely call them if anything else comes up. Updated August 22,2025: I now need to add we received a personal Thank You card in the mail today. This is so awesome to see a company truly show appreciation to their customers. I’d give this company 100 stars for sure.

This business is exceptional!
Refrigerator/ Freezer went out. First contact with the office, personnel were so kind and understanding. The Service Personal, Marco, came out that afternoon. He had to order a part but stayed on top of everything and made sure my refrigerator was repaired and operational in 2 days. He was as the nicest, kindness service person I have ever had. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance for any repairs I should need in the future. I do recommend them to all!! They are Top Notch!!
