Plumbing department needs a raise 10/10

I would give 0 stars if I could very unprofessional don’t care about employees

Every time I go into the Locke supply off harwood and brown trail the employees on the plumbing side r always rude. I own a plumbing company and have spent over 10 thousand dollars at there stores but due to there rudeness they lost my business

Lots of dumbass drivers down in Texas these days. How hard is it to pull a pick up hauling a trailer into 2 parking spots instead of blocking the dock I back into to make my delivery? Apparently God didn't give the majority of Texans common sense. Bless their hearts(roflmfao)

My 1st time to visit this Professional Contractor Supply store in Bedford that stocks HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing products. Great selection & available stock on hand inventory selection! Counter help was knowledgeable and helpful on the HVAC end of the store.

People were friendly made sure I got the filter that fit my unit, which has an actual size of half an inch less than what the filter lists. The man who helped me had a beanie and a black beard. Was about 25.

In the past I have come in and they have been super helpful. Paul in HVAC today was nothing but grumpy. You can be grumpy and still be helpfull.

Not what I have come to expect for Locke Supply.

Prices as always are reasonable. Just likely not somewhere to go for a DIY project.

Your driver needs to slow down and stop tailgating. This is not the autobahn.

Jake is an all star!! Super Fast and never forgets anything...like the time I left my paperwork up there. He held on to it for weeks until I was able to get back up there to get it. Thanks Jake!!!!

I do a lot of electrical business with this location They are great I've tried to do plumbing business with this location twice both times I've had negative results from an employee by the name of Renee I call corporate the first time seems like nothing got done so now I'm making complaints if I were you I would buy a plumbing supplies somewhere else

On Monday 10/21, I went to Locke Supply to find a 4x8 section of 1" foil backed insulation. I went on the advice of another hardware store that I trust. I asked the price and was told "about $30". On Saturday 10/26, I returned to purchase the insulation with a vehicle large enough to transport it. Suddenly, the price went to $59+. Did the gentlemen at the counter on Monday not take me seriously? Who lied to me?
Not a very good way to win a customer folks.

Had a great experience here, will come here for any of my heating, electrical, or plumbing needs in the future. Staff is great to talk to, super clean environment.

I'm writing this during a spike in the Pandemic. There was a sign on the door that said customers must wear a mask. When I walked in I was surprised to see that not one of the 6 or 7 employees were wearing masks. None of the customers they were closely talking to or helping had masks on either. It's like there was like nobody had heard there was a deadly pandemic going on. Service was fine otherwise but I really don't appreciate them putting my life in danger. Won't be coming back.

This supply store has the most helpful employees! If they don't know how to help you they go out of their way to contact somebody that does. Then that individual goes above and beyond to give you the help you may need for your project. Top notch people.

Hello a few weeks ago I went to Locke Supply to buy new filters for my AC unit. Unknowingly I came thru the wrong side of the business I was met by a young woman (I failed to catch her name)who walked over the other side and introduced me to Jordan who helped me. I was using a cane and Jordan did all the walking so I don’t have to and she explained how good the filters were made compared to the Home Depot brands which I was happy to learn. She even put the large box into my car. Those young ladies are a great asset to your business and pls give them a nice raise.

Great company to support rather than the big box stores. It may look intimidating or more geared toward the professional, but they cater to everyone. I've always received help upon entry and the staff are super friendly!

I went in only partially knowing what I needed. They were *very* helpful and took the time to make sure that I got the right parts. They were very knowledgeable about their wares and each person I talked to was there with a smile. Even though they are half an hour away from where I live I will still not hesitate to go back. Great service is worth it every time.

Prices and supply of items are right on and this place is highly recommended, but as I stood waiting for help this morning the older man at the counter hollered at one of his employees because he stopped to help me and then told him to go on that someone would get to me in a minute. also another employee had tried to help me and he said no that other guy was first take him now someone he was not standing there when I walked up. a greeting and just a moment ma'am would have gone a long way instead of having to witness all this in front of my daughter.

Went in two days ago with a simple faucet stem repair, old dude with beard behind counter clearly didn't want to help me. I kept asking questions and he was clearly annoyed at my plumbing ignorance. Went to ACE Hardware and within five minutes had a washer and it was fixed. I'll NEVER EVER go near this Locke place again, train our employees people!

Came in yesterday and could barely get any help from anyone without an attitude or aggravation. Decided to just go somewhere else, but heard something about being short staffed, so I went home and checked indeed and found a listing from this place. No wonder service is down. Pay your people a living wage and they would have a better attitude. Expect you to sell, deliver, load, unload, know all the products, and yet can't pay more than 31k SALARY???? (FYI, burger flippers are make my more than this starting off now) In today's market!!!!! Will never purchase from them or any affiliated store to this company again.
