Great company. They responded to my plumbing request in a timely manner. Offered free estimates. Showed up for their appointment. Unfortunately my tenant was not available when they showed up. And they did not charge. I highly recommend them.

Dallas Plumbers did a brilliant job installing new faucets in our kitchen sink. They were quick, on time, did a professional job and cleaned after themselves leaving the place as is. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job. Just make sure you confirm their prices in detail before calling them in as sometimes they quote a different price after looking at the job in person (which is natural) and it might take you by surprise.

My experience with Dallas Plumber was truly a nightmare. After discovering a persistent leak in my yard, they sent out different plumbers across 3 visits—and still failed to locate or fix the issue properly. Each time, they insisted the job was complete, yet the leak returned within days.

The contract was another red flag—vague and misleading, listing only the initial deposit without a clear total cost. They rushed me to sign it, and unfortunately, I didn’t catch the lack of transparency until it was too late.

After three failed visits, I finally demanded a third-party technician. He found the leak almost immediately and confirmed the previous work had been poorly done and ineffective. He ended up replacing all of it. After that, the company never followed up—not even a phone call.

The original plumber wasted time, taking long breaks and dragging out the job unnecessarily. In the end, it took the final technician a fraction of the time to resolve what should have been handled from the start.

Communication was abysmal throughout. I only spoke to remote schedulers—mostly overseas—who had no plumbing knowledge and simply repeated what the technicians told them. I asked to speak with the company president and was promised a callback that never came.

This company wasted my time and money, and caused significant frustration. Between the incompetence, evasive communication, shady contract terms, and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend them. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

They were very professional and we're on time and the time frame that they gave us we're very thorough and gave us a very great estimate we unfortunately did not end up using them for the project that we were needing but we have given their information to other family members that need Plumbing issues taken care of and recommended this company they were absolutely amazing and very respectful

I was very happy with the customer service from Dallas Plumber. A plumber was sent within two hours to fix my issue. And the actual service was top tier from Mohamed. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about fixing the issue. I recommend them for any of your plumbing services.

I called DFW Home Maintenance with concerns that my hot water heater went out. I called Monday and they were able to come out same day to give me a quote.
After being stood up multiple times by a chain company I decided to call DFW home maintenance for an appointment. I called at 10am on Wednesday and they has Jason (the plumber) at my house by 4pm ready to install my new water heater. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly to resolve our issue.
After installation the home office called to set up a time for a city inspector to come out the next day for inspection. I think this is great customer service.
My hot water was restored within a hour of installation.
Damon was also great to work with and was very helpful and kept me informed.

I greatly appreciate the responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction. We will definitely use DFW Home Maintenance again for future needs.

He showed up on time, was very personable and down to earth. He recognized my veteran service And showed me the problem that I was having while explaining everything In a way that I understood.

He then got the job done, gave me some great recommendations for strategic repairs to prevent larger issues and tidied up after himself. When he left, it was as if he was never there except my toilet was working perfectly.

They earned my business for the rest of my days!

It's hard to find a good plumber sometimes. Will he be honest? Will he know what he's doing? Well, I finally found one. After giving so much business and money to the other boys, who then just forgot about me when it came time to reckon, it's nice to have found Dallas Plumber.

They took care of a clog I had in my kitchen sink line, which was a real booger. It took him a very long time to break through. The people who owned the house before me must have poured gallons of grease, toenail clippings and coffee grounds down the drain. So I'm stuck with the mess.

Rodrick took care of it. He's a great plumber: knowledgeable, tenacious and adept.

But here's the kicker: it backed up again within a few days. Most plumbing companies won't warranty their work on a clog, because who knows what the homeowner is shoving down that drain? Could be toenail clippings WITH fungus. You know? But these guys did. They sent Rodrick back, who discovered that some hot water had just loosened more grease in my line, causing it to back up again. Either way, their taking care of it really told me they care about their customers. I'm extremely happy with the work, and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Even though I hope I don't ever have another plumbing need.

100% would recommend this company! The first visit by a plumber did not resolve the issue so they sent another plumber who resolved the issue and did NOT charge me additional fees! Nice to know a business still does the right thing !

Gust came in a timely manner and fixed my faucet leak and went above and beyond to provide additional guidance on what to do in the future to avoid things like this. The experience was great and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I contacted the office to request an estimate for installing a hose bib on my porch. The interior wall is currently open, with the plumbing and shut-off valves exposed, making the job relatively straightforward. However, I was informed that a technician would need to visit my home to provide an estimate.
I rearranged my schedule and took time off work to accommodate the appointment. Upon arrival, the technician immediately described my home as “unique” and suggested the job would be unusually complex. He then inspected the exterior wall and stated it would need to be opened as well. When I asked for clarification, he responded with technical jargon and advised me to “Google it.”
I expressed concern about the need to expose both sides of the wall and reiterated that I was simply seeking an estimate. He said he would need to return to the office to prepare one. I shared my impression that the scope of the job was being exaggerated. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate.
Ultimately, this experience felt like a waste of my time. Based on the few things I did understand, the proposed work seemed unnecessarily inflated. As a result, I don’t feel I can trust this company and won’t be using their services.

Had to have a new water heater installed, and Ethan got it done quickly and made sure everything was up to spec. Definitely recommend and will use again when we need more plumbing done.

Quick and easy! Almost got scammed by another company but Dallas plumber did not try and upsell me anything. Just replaced parts for the two toilets I was having issues with and confirmed for me that my emergency stops were working (I was told they would need replacement). Thank you for the honest and good quality work!

Great communication with reasonable pricing. Rodrick came out and provided a quote to fix a leak under the sink, which required a new faucet. He was very professional, courteous and worked swiftly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job before he left.

Steven and Rodrick have 25+ years of experience each, and did a great job installing two water heaters. Steven came up with the idea to raise the plumbing instead of using flex hoses that wear overtime. They also went old school and solder everything, both great decisions. The only thing I wasn’t aware of is the water heaters are off the shelf from Lowe’s. I assumed they would be commercial grade from a plumber supply house. On the flip side I was able to register the warranty directly with AO Smith through Lowe’s website, which should make it easier to service in the future. Lastly both units passed city inspection! Office staff was friendly. The owner was nice and cordial; no pressure to buy. Thank you!

Fast service, friendly. Got straight to work. Found them through Offer up which was directly linked to Thumbtack. Sent over what I wanted completed. I actually requested a later date but they ended up providing same day service. Ethan is awesome! Would love to work with again.
