Deacon ran a camera within our sewer lines under our house and he found the problem we were having. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Deacon at On Point Plumbing since he did a great job and was friendly and very professional.

I had to call on a Saturday. They charged me an after hours call fee but it was worth it! Plumber showed up and the problem was resolved quickly! He ran a camera down the line and showed me where additional work needs to be done due to tree roots breaking through a joint. I would definitely not hesitate to call them again in the future!

I honestly panicked a bit when I noticed my kitchen flooring buckling at the seams Thursday morning, then feeling a little warped and water squeezing up between the planks in the afternoon. I immediately called On Point Plumbing DFW. They were able to schedule a repair visit for the next morning, but I was worried about should I turn off the water at the main, asked what do I do in the meantime.
They sent Clinton pretty much immediately to my home after the call to see if her could determine where the leak was coming from and if I did need to shut off the water main until the next morning. He took his time trying to rule out all possible causes and when he narrowed it down to likely being a kitchen sink drain leak behind the wall, he contacted a migration/restoration company for me to get that going. I didn't know what to do next, so I was extremely thankful for him setting me up for the next steps. He explained to me what the typical process was for these types of situations.

I hadn't ever been through something like this, so having someone answer my questions and help me with the next steps is something I am very thankful for. Clinton was able to get the leak repaired and worked with the restoration company to make the situation as tolerable as possible while I now wait for the insurance side of things.

My experiences with On Point Plumbing DFW have been without issues or complaints. They are my go to for plumbing issues.

We initially called for a suspected underground waste lift issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem and replaced the underground waste lift tank pump, including excavating and restoring the yard. They handled the job professionally and left the area in good shape afterward.

After that, we still had a toilet that wouldn’t flush normally and the bowl would drain extremely slowly (10–20 minutes). Once the lift tank was fixed the plumber used a remote camera on the toilet drain and traced the problem to root intrusion in the 3" PVC drain line, cleared the clog, and replaced the entire affected junction—then verified the repair was watertight before wrapping up. Everything has been draining normally since.

Price assessment: Great price (total was $1,000+) for the amount of work and the long-term nature of the repairs. Communication was clear throughout.

Services performed: Toilet repair, drain cleaning, plumbing pipe repair, sewer cleaning, outdoor plumbing system repair, sewer repair.

I called, and they came out same day. Aside from the price, the service was great and the repair was quick! Clinton, my technician, was thorough and knowledgeable. I had him give me a mini crash course in plumbing and he didnt mind it at all. I needed it done correctly and thats exactly what happened.

Rod was great, arrived on time, explained everything and did a quality job. Upon completion assured, showed me the final product and asked if I was satisfied before asking for payment.

I was impressed that the plumber was on time. However I was a little concern about the initial price. Willing to negotiate which was helpful, although I was confused about the warranty uncertainty but looking at the invoice it states they have a 90 guaranteed warranty

We had a clogged kitchen sink and needed help. I found Dallas Plumbing on Next Door, highly recommended by others. Dallas Plumbing came out the same day I requested service. The technician identified the problem and cleared the drain line all the way to the street. The line is clear and functioning well. Great job, great service.

I am so thankful I found this plumber. Excellent communication, on-time arrival, courteous technician, very fair price and honest work. Rod was fantastic and I have saved their contact in my phone as my preferred plumber for future reference.

However, the plumber who came out changed the estimate/work that needs to be done a couple times leaving us confused. It would be nice if they can see what's going on and pinpoint what needs to get done and stick with the initial estimate. The plumber also didn't give us details regarding what tools/materials he bought nor receipts. Just told us a vague amount of what he spent.

Could've been more clarified.

Absolutely awesome! They came out fixed our leak for way less than the other plumbers estimates, and it turns out we didn't need all the extra work that a couple other plumbers said we needed! I found this company via the Thumbtack app and within a couple of minutes after submitting a project request I received a call. Rod was promptly at my house when expected and was very knowledgeable. We discussed my issue and he determined the resolution, provided a quote, and fixed my problem in less than a hour. I am grateful for the fast fix and would do business with them again in the future.

Mohammad did a great job replacing a leaky kitchen faucet. He was pleasant and on time.

I called because our toilet flange was broken and needed repair or replacing. The plumber came the next day and was able to completely replace it in a very short amount of time and he did very good work. We were happy with the price charged. We will contact them again in the future for our plumbing needs.
