Clinton was great!! We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink - they were here within an hour of reaching out, gave us a fair estimate and had our problem fixed shortly after that!

Needed to have a gas pressure release test done and i was not sure where to start or what to do. I had called maybe 6 companies prior and immediately knew once i called on point that i would be booking with them. Kacey was very friendly and informative over the phone. Answered all my questions (i had alot) and we were able to workout a schedule. Once we set a time and date she let me know that Deacon would be coming and he would give a service call.

On the day of service Mr. Deaconcame through at the scheduled time to do the test. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the price for the service was the best price in my area. 10/10 highly recommended

On Point Plumbing was incredible from start to finish! After reading several reviews we decided to call On Point Plumbing when our hot water heater quit. I called to set up an appointment thinking it’d be at least a week before someone would be available to come look, but they literally had someone at my house within 30 minutes (keep in mind this was after 4:30pm). Clinton was very knowledgeable and explained everything that would need to be done in simple to understand language. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in our decision to move forward with the repairs. By the next morning, we had hot water again! We have used other plumbers in the past that have just been mediocre, but On Point Plumbing went above and beyond. We will definitely reach out to them again if we ever have plumbing needs!
