Work was completed in a timely manner and the company responded fast. However, the price for the work was insanely overpriced. I was charged 720 for a “full repair”. Afterwards I priced out the same work and was quoted labor/parts would cost 400 max.

Moreover, the angular turnoff valve was left damaged.

Owner did not check behind his technician when I questioned the workmanship The water heater was not installed correctly but it was left up to me to get Rheem to back their warranty(which they did) but you were going to charge me again for another installment at $1400 after only 14 months

I believe the water heater failed because it was installed incorrectly but I’ll leave it up to my insurance to resolve with you for damages

The entire incident was handled very poorly by Fred (the owner) but it’s his business
Ill never use for anything again

Jared came quickly and inspected the issues. My almost new kitchen faucet needed a minor fix and he gave me an estimate to replace it for some $750. I happily gave him his $99 service fee and fixed the issue myself in $20. It was a pain for couple of hrs but definitely worth it.

Jared Patterson and his colleague did an absolutely amazing job, to repair the damage made by another company. They did not leave until I had running water(5 hours) They had to dig and jack hammer through rocks to get to the underground pipes. They cleaned up and put the grass they had carefully cut back in place. He kept me informed and was super professional. I can not say enough, about the super impressive job! 🤩

The tech came quickly and did a good job with inspecting and diagnosing the problem with my shower. He then gave me an estimate about three times what I thought was a fair price. To make it look acceptable by comparison he supplied two more estimates for a greater scope of work than I needed, also 3x inflated but for 2x the work, so $800 for work I had hoped to pay maybe $70 in labor and $60 in parts. I gladly ave him his $60 diagnostic fee and did the work myself.
In short, good competent professionals, unscrupulous business model.

Jared did a very good job. He gave me alternatives, specifying the good or bad sides of each. Once I made my choice, he did a fast but very accurate job. I'm very happy with him and the job he did for me.

We just had JP out on a moments notice from Ben Franklin to help with a toilet and look at a few other things. He wasn’t our “regular” plumber with Benjamin Franklin—- Dave—that we have grown so accustomed to, but he was outstanding too and just as great to have our home! Donovan was a complete professional from start to finish. We had a leak in a sink faucet. He quickly found the problem and gave us options. I chose to purchase my own faucet, and he came back the next day to do the installation. Great job, cleaned up everything, and made sure it was not leaking anywhere before he left.

Our Water softener went bad. The first guy arrived within a couple hours to verify and set up a replacement with great financing. The appointment was set for tuesday at 9am. Jared arrived at 8:30. He had everything he needed for the job without having to go any farther than his truck. He had to re-pipe the whole affair as the new softener was taller than the old one. All work is very professional and very concise to the area. Jared set up the softener and made sure everything was working before he left. Good guy great work and service.

Call this morning because I turned on my front water faucet to water some flowers and it would not turn off again. I was given a window, which is typical for show up. Most fortunately Dave and Scott showed up at the front end of that window time. As always, the team was very professional. Willing to take extra time to walk me through recommendations and options and completed the job in no time literally. My home is older so my outdoor faucets were original to the house. I made the decision to have all of my outdoor faucets replaced with a new ones and I’m so glad I did. Love the new fixtures. While they were here, they flushed my hot water heater for me and also looked at an issue that I was having with my kitchen faucet. Could not be resolved immediately, but Dave was on the phone seeking resolution. Dave has Made many calls to my home and I have always found them to be fair and trustworthy. Scott, a very professional and knowledgeable young man. Polite and courteous. Upon inspection, his work is impeccable.
