Excellent Experience with HRN Texas!

I can’t say enough great things about HRN Texas! Jesus was absolutely wonderful to work with — professional, transparent, and incredibly easy to communicate with from start to finish. Their customer service is truly five-star.

They came in after another landscaping company had left my yard in rough shape, and Jesus and his team went above and beyond to clean up the mess and deliver beautiful, high-quality results. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and Jesus made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way.

It’s rare to find a company this dedicated to both quality and customer care. I’ll definitely be using HRN Texas again for any future landscaping projects. It was a real pleasure working with them!

Jesus has been great to work with. We have used him for our new build and our old house. Jesus and his team built a new board on board 8 ft fence as well as a retaining wall and French drains. It all turned out great. At our old house our fence was leaning and he was able to fix the fence and apply concrete so it would not lean again. (Wish I had before and after photos on the leaning fence because now it looks good!) We shopped around for all the above and he was the most reasonably priced. He also is quick to respond to any questions or needs we have. We will use again for any outdoor needs. Thanks Jesus!

I know this review has been long overdue but I still want to thank and commend Jesus and his HRN team for doing a great job fixing the problems in our lawn, drainage and fence. We really can’t thank you enough for all the things that you have done to us. Jesus was able to come up with a most effective plan in a very reasonable price. He and his team are very highly skilled, you can really see their passion on their work. They won’t stop until everything works in the right way. Again thank you so much Jesus. Five stars for HRN! They did a AMAZING job designing and building a sturdy, beautiful retaining wall for our flower bed. It transformed our yard!The process was seamless—they even dropped off samples so we could be sure about the stone choice. Jesus went above and beyond answering all of my questions, communicating and making my vision happen! Professional, reliable, and the yard looks brand new. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for future projects.

Not very friendly people here. When you do find someone that works there is like you are a hassle for them. Not customer oriented at all it seemed.

Made an appt and they never showed. Phone calls go straight to a full voicemail. Completely unreliable

Not a professionally run business.

Bait and switch on trees that I bought and wanted them to plant. The owner's solution to the problem was to cancel the entire order. So I waited 3 weeks for trees (after waiting 3 weeks for their tree delivery) and then had to go someplace else.

I gave them 2 stars because they actually refunded my money. No apology.

I have worked with Earth-Land for several years and my experience with them has always been pleasant and productive. When comparing prices they are extremely competitive. Plus when I had a plant that didn't take root they replaced it without question. A great company to work with.
