Great, speedy service. Attended same day as call out with less than an hour’s notice. Put my mind at ease about the issue then returned early next morning to fix the issue. Applied extra diligence to ensure the pipe seals were fully dry and closed, taking several return trips on the same day to allow seals to set then complete the job. When our water heater stopped working, one call to Chas and he came by the house late in the day to quickly diagnose the issue. He then arrived the next day with parts in hand to fix the problem and restore our hot water.

Setting up the appt was very efficient. The young man named Isaiah that came to do the work was FABULOUS! He explained everything in a way I could totally understand. There was no pressure to have any extra work done -not a snow job. Very hard working and honest is what I say he was. Would definitely use this company again.

I have worked with Chas now for several jobs on my house from re-doing my entire sewage line to basic clean outs and installs. My experience with the team at Fort Worth Rescue and Restore Plumbing was excellent. I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday and they were able to fix my issue within a matter of hours after calling them. I was able to talk to a real plumber with one phone call without being put through a dispatcher or a scheduler. In addition, they were punctual, polite, and worked clean! My daughters kitchen sink had a big leak and her husband just had knee surgery. So we needed to get it fixed fast as five children require a kitchen sink! Chaz and his team were so amazing! Answered my call and was able to come fix my clogged tub within hours. The price was very reasonable, service was personable and professional. Definitely recommend as I will be calling them again if needed.

Was charged $395 for tub removal which I had 80% completed. Would have had it all done, but couldn't lift tub out on my own. Was charged $75 for materials I went to Home Depot and found for $25. The $400 for labor wasn't bad, as it turned out to be not as easy a job as the repairman anticipated. Won't be using these guys again.

I have used FW Rescue and Plumbing several times. (Water heater replacement, running toilet, washing machine drain) They do a great job. Friendly, accurate, reasonably priced. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Isaiah came out and did a great job of identifying the problem with our plumbing, coming up with a game plan, and executing it in a timely manner. We encountered one little issue several hours after he had left and he was out first thing the next morning to take care of it. I'll call them again for any plumbing issues that may come up.

Once again, Chaz and Isaiah come through for us. We had contractor cut a source line to our new construction. Isaiah was here within 3 hours and had us back in shape with a great repair. Chas was great!! He actually answered his phone during 2021 winter storm crisis and it was such a pleasant surprise. He was able to come out within the hour to cap off our sprinkler system so we could turn our water back on! He was very fairly priced and very nice to work with. We will definitely recommend and will use him again!

The best plumber I've worked with. Very friendly, responsive, and willing to talk with you about your options. Always calls ahead of arrival and never missed a scheduled date. My home had some very unusual/unexpected plumbing conditions come up, and they were quick to accommodate and stay true to the initial quote. If plans changed about how they needed to fix something, they explained the issue and how they were planning on solving it. Overall great experience and I highly recommend their work.

Chas the owner answered my calls, gave me honest advice and came over the day he said he would. They got the job done in a very fast time and without sacrificing quality. They're my new go to plumbing company. Nobody wants to pay top dollar and plumbers charge a lot per hour so they're the closest thing you'll find to reasonable pricing, in my opinion!

I have had my house since 2021 and have always had issues with my downstairs toilet. These issues gradually grew until they finally were causing issues outside of the toilet, including flooding my house. A friend of mine recommended Chas and his team to come inspect it. This would be the second plumber I had come and try and diagnose the issue. The last one didn't find anything wrong. Once Chas got there, he listened to my concerns, including issues I was having with my kitchen sink. He evaluated the situation thoroughly, making sure to get the details he needed to make the best diagnosis and decision possible. In that process he was able to determine a high probability of the sink and toilet issues being connected and how to resolve them. He helped me understand the possibility of insurance pitching in to contribute to funding the repair too. After his evaluation, Chas gave me the bad news of how extensive he thought my issue was, including a requirement to tunnel underneath my slab foundation to replace the plumbing from the 60s. Throughout the process Chas was honest and communicated clearly what he was doing and why. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep and made sure to set expectations clearly of what the process looked like. As well, during the repair, more issues emerged, and he was clear in communicating what it was and why it was an issue. Overall, like many projects on an old home, there were unexpected turns and problems, but Chas navigated them confidently and with clarity and honesty. He was able to fix the issue and after 1 week in, I have not had any of the original problems with my toilet or sink that have been there for years. By the end I trusted that Chas would make the best decisions and provide the best recommendations to me that were available. If I have another plumbing problem in the future, it's nice to know I will have someone I trust to help me out.
