Reviews of local pros in Benbrook, Texas

We had an emergency situation at work and Jackrabbit was able to send Ryan and Tristan out in less than two hours. They were polite and professional and fixed our issue for a reasonable fee. Highly recommend!

Nothing but the best from these guys, would absolutely recommend, great work, clean, great communication, friendly and answered all my questions. If you’re looking for a good plumber go somewhere else BUT if you’re looking for a great plumber then these guys are who you need to call.

Lorenzo and Ryan came to my house to install a new water heater and provided outstanding service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend Jack Rabbit Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing work.

Ricky (owner) serviced our kitchen sink drain clog on a Sunday during off hours. Easy to talk to someone on the phone, was at the house quickly, and easy to work with. Would recommend to others.

Rick was a great guy to deal with. Honest pricing, showed up on time and communicated very well! Highly recommend him and his crew for all your plumbing needs 👍🏼

Ryan and Rick awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable. Suggested shut off valve that would allow continued use of sink if DW leaked. As a single women it is nice to feel secure that the service you receive is just.

Always prompt and expeditious! Does the job right the 1st time!! The Jackrabbit crew replaced old valves and water lines under master vanity that were probably from the late 70s. Now we have adequate water flow! We are super pleased!

Rick and the team at Jackrabbit are incredible. Extremely professional, communicative, and came out to solve our plumbing concern quickly! They immediately diagnosed the issue and resolved it with ease. We’ve worked with multiple other companies over the years and they are by far the best.

Highly recommend, Rick is nothing short of a professional and his crew is very prepared and knowledgeable. Great communication and great experience overall, needed my drain cleaned and faucet replaced and the pricing was great. Best plumbers in the DFW!

I had a great experience with this company. Another company came out and said I needed to replace my sewer line from house to city. Jackrabbit identified the location of the root intrusion and gave me the option to repair or replace the line.
Both options were fairly priced. We decided to replace the drain line. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. Their service, hospitality, and explanation of the details throughout the process also exceeded my expectations. Even the city inspector complemented the work. I will be using this company in the future.

Robert is the man!

Great service and a very fair price! Will use Benton again!!!!

Good doctor, but the wait time is horrendous. The average wait time is about (4 hours) in and out with an appointment!

Great company! Helped us really fast and at a great price!

Highly recommend.

Fair price and friendly customer service.

Would definitely use again.
