Isaiah came out and did a great job of identifying the problem with our plumbing, coming up with a game plan, and executing it in a timely manner. We encountered one little issue several hours after he had left and he was out first thing the next morning to take care of it. I'll call them again for any plumbing issues that may come up.

Once again, Chaz and Isaiah come through for us. We had contractor cut a source line to our new construction. Isaiah was here within 3 hours and had us back in shape with a great repair. I recommend these guys with the most stars and accolades I can give. They're prompt, polite and always able to solve my issues. Thanks mucho!!

Chas was great!! He actually answered his phone during 2021 winter storm crisis and it was such a pleasant surprise. He was able to come out within the hour to cap off our sprinkler system so we could turn our water back on! He was very fairly priced and very nice to work with. We will definitely recommend and will use him again!

The best plumber I've worked with. Very friendly, responsive, and willing to talk with you about your options. Always calls ahead of arrival and never missed a scheduled date. My home had some very unusual/unexpected plumbing conditions come up, and they were quick to accommodate and stay true to the initial quote. If plans changed about how they needed to fix something, they explained the issue and how they were planning on solving it. Overall great experience and I highly recommend their work.

Chas the owner answered my calls, gave me honest advice and came over the day he said he would. They got the job done in a very fast time and without sacrificing quality. They're my new go to plumbing company. Nobody wants to pay top dollar and plumbers charge a lot per hour so they're the closest thing you'll find to reasonable pricing, in my opinion!

I have had my house since 2021 and have always had issues with my downstairs toilet. These issues gradually grew until they finally were causing issues outside of the toilet, including flooding my house. A friend of mine recommended Chas and his team to come inspect it. This would be the second plumber I had come and try and diagnose the issue. The last one didn't find anything wrong. Once Chas got there, he listened to my concerns, including issues I was having with my kitchen sink. He evaluated the situation thoroughly, making sure to get the details he needed to make the best diagnosis and decision possible. In that process he was able to determine a high probability of the sink and toilet issues being connected and how to resolve them. He helped me understand the possibility of insurance pitching in to contribute to funding the repair too. After his evaluation, Chas gave me the bad news of how extensive he thought my issue was, including a requirement to tunnel underneath my slab foundation to replace the plumbing from the 60s. Throughout the process Chas was honest and communicated clearly what he was doing and why. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep and made sure to set expectations clearly of what the process looked like. As well, during the repair, more issues emerged, and he was clear in communicating what it was and why it was an issue. Overall, like many projects on an old home, there were unexpected turns and problems, but Chas navigated them confidently and with clarity and honesty. He was able to fix the issue and after 1 week in, I have not had any of the original problems with my toilet or sink that have been there for years. By the end I trusted that Chas would make the best decisions and provide the best recommendations to me that were available. If I have another plumbing problem in the future, it's nice to know I will have someone I trust to help me out.

Chas is amazing! We came home to a gas leak on a Saturday. He was able to come out quickly and went above and beyond getting all our issues fixed, staying until the job was done right. His prices are great and he explains everything in a way that you can understand. He is the ONLY person I'll call from now on and I'll always recommend him to friends and family. I had a challenging experience with my bathroom shower remodel, but these professionals truly came to the rescue. We started nearly a year ago and encountered one problem after another. Our last contractor was both unethical and incompetent. After searching for plumbers in Benbrook, I found this company. He visited the same day to provide an estimate and later returned to help with the tub and shower installation. They explained the proper installation procedures and, despite several setbacks, managed to complete the job exactly as we wanted. Throughout the process, he and his team remained professional, knowledgeable, and committed to quality.

We’ve used them three times (water heater installation & clogged pipes) and each time they’ve been on time, kind, efficient, and responsive to texts. They have honest prices and are willing to explain what they’re doing and answer questions. Highly recommend them!

I called them on monday about my floor drainer , they are very nice and says that they will come on the day and do the cable to see whether if is work, if its not working they won’t charge a dime. They also don’t charger for showing up front, like other plumbers company.
Issue done within one hour and price is very affordable.

Very thorough and made sure to resolve every issue. It took multiple attempts to resolve all of the issues (because I kept finding things and we kept having to wait for orders to be delivered), but they didn't charge us until after everything was fixed. We appreciate how dedicated they were to fix everything.

Called early this morning & got Chas. Told him what I had going on, as far as I cut my water off outside but still have a leaking stop valve. He sent his apprentice, Isaiah over rather quickly. Isaiah was truly the most professional & friendly. He explained to me what he was doing & costs up front. I even had him reset a toilet while he was out here. He showed me where the previous person who installed it, didn’t secure several spots he should have. These guys are great! Great customer service, great work & a great value for your pocketbook. I have used Ft Worth Rescue & Restore Plumbing three times now. They have been thorough and fair in pricing. They have twice fixed a leak and even showed me how to read my meter. (There is a trick to it) I have worked with Chas and Isiah and they have been fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that ended up being a bigger problem involving old cast iron pipes. Chas and Isaiah explained things in a logical way and tried to figure out the best/cheapest/least intrusive way to fix our plumbing. They’re honest, hardworking, and responsive. I’ll be using them for all of our plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Chas and Isaiah have been out for a couple (unrelated) issues. Every time we have spoke with them they have been very knowledgeable and honest. I appreciate them walking through the process, as this is our first home and everything is a learning curve. These guys were extremely patient, honest wholesome workers and they are definitely our go-to plumbers for any future needs. We have an old home with lots of cast iron pipes, so I do anticipate seeing them again down the road.

I had a difficult job needing to be done - to run a gas line from the front/right corner of my house (from the meter) all the way back to the back/left corner of my house. FWRRP engaged a good digging partner and made it happen. They made the impossible happen. The job was a tough slog, needing lots of jackhammering and needed to bore underneath my driveway. His team worked diligently to get the job done well and with a high degree of quality, working around weather challenges in addition to the rock. They worked with the city to handle everything on the inspection and permitting end of things. I’m a very satisfied customer and I know that they’ll have my back if anything pops up. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work you might need done.

After calling multiple companies, I was so grateful to get in touch with Rescue and Restore! The were kind over the phone and booked me for a next-day service. Their prices were competitive and they were upfront about the potential cost whereas the other companies wouldn’t even give me a ballpark estimate. Not only did they service the toilet but they went above and beyond to repair a couple minor problems throughout the house.
This is forever my plumbing company, I have them saved in my phone and will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

Chas and Isaiah were great’ I called them after getting quoted well over double the price from another plumbing company to replace my water heater. They came out the next day which was Friday reviewed it and provided a reasonable and honest quote. Came out Monday got the job done and thankfully we have had no further issues. I will recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs. They are honest and efficient.

Isaiah was great, showed up on time and fixed our toilet, then took the time to install a new shower head in less than an hour! We will definitely call them again!
