I highly recommend Fort Worth Rescue and Restore Plumbing. They were prompt, courteous, and they provided expert service. If you have a plumbing problem, call them to fix it!

We had a water leak in the midst of the winter storm. I got on google, called several places and none were available for days or weeks. Chaz answered and said he could make time to come by the same night. When he showed up he was able to immediately diagnose and fix the issue for us. We had another pipe burst and leak at our business and even though that wasn't on his schedule he made time to come by and help as much as he could. He came again the next day and fixed it to where we could have running water at our spa again (which is a necessity there). He is seriously a God send! So incredibly thankful for him. He's great with communication, always answers the phone, texts back, and shows up. He knows what he's doing and makes time to help you as quickly as possible. The best plumbing service! Thank you again we really appreciate you.

We were in the process of buying a house with foundation and plumbing issues. Rescue & Restore plumbing fixed all the plumbing problems, and even after finding more issues, they did not stop until the job was done right. Casey stayed in touch and sent updates until the job was finished. And, the cleanup crew did such a great job that you almost can't tell that work was even done on the house.

Chas was respectful, communicated very well, answered the phone and returned calls promptly. His prices were reasonable and the quality of repair was excellent. I will use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone I know who needs plumbing work done.

Thankful I hired this company after locating a frozen hose bib after several days of below freezing temperatures. They came the next day and charged me half for the service than another plumber I had hired just hours before. The plumber was friendly and confident of the work required.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are responsive, on time, affordable, honest, trustworthy, and take care of your home. I have used them twice now and will not use another plumbing service. 5 stars!

Rescue and Restore is prompt, professional, honest and compassionate.

If they can be at your house the same day they'll tell you. If it's late the next day they'll tell you. R&R has never tried to upsale me on service or equipment and I consider their prices reasonable.

Now for the compassionate part. My wife is in the early stages of dementia which leads to unpredictable behavior. In the last 3 weeks Rescue and Restore has been to my home 3 times to clear the sewer of sanitary pads, wads of toilet paper and socks. The third time R&R gave me a freebie. They did that out of the goodness of their heart. Rescue and Restore is a good honest company with heart. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service, knocked out my main line clog after getting in touch with me quickly the day before. Chas and his team were professional and even explained the situation and results to me for future clogs. I already have them in mind for a different upcoming plumbing project. Very happy with the results.

Great, speedy service. Attended same day as call out with less than an hour’s notice. Put my mind at ease about the issue then returned early next morning to fix the issue. Applied extra diligence to ensure the pipe seals were fully dry and closed, taking several return trips on the same day to allow seals to set then complete the job. When our water heater stopped working, one call to Chas and he came by the house late in the day to quickly diagnose the issue. He then arrived the next day with parts in hand to fix the problem and restore our hot water.

Setting up the appt was very efficient. The young man named Isaiah that came to do the work was FABULOUS! He explained everything in a way I could totally understand. There was no pressure to have any extra work done -not a snow job. Very hard working and honest is what I say he was. Would definitely use this company again.

Chas and Isaiah were fantastic. They were reasonably priced, available that day, professional, and on time. To add to that they also took the time to teach my VERY curious 2yo all about their tools and what they were doing and let him watch the entire time. They were SO patient and kind. I have worked with Chas now for several jobs on my house from re-doing my entire sewage line to basic clean outs and installs. I typically shop around for every job, but Chas has proven himself time and time again to be the absolute best. My experience with the team at Fort Worth Rescue and Restore Plumbing was excellent. I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday and they were able to fix my issue within a matter of hours after calling them. I was able to talk to a real plumber with one phone call without being put through a dispatcher or a scheduler. In addition, they were punctual, polite, and worked clean! My daughters kitchen sink had a big leak and her husband just had knee surgery. So we needed to get it fixed fast as five children require a kitchen sink! Chaz and his team were so amazing! Answered my call and was able to come fix my clogged tub within hours. The price was very reasonable, service was personable and professional. Definitely recommend as I will be calling them again if needed.

Was charged $395 for tub removal which I had 80% completed. Would have had it all done, but couldn't lift tub out on my own. Was charged $75 for materials I went to Home Depot and found for $25. The $400 for labor wasn't bad, as it turned out to be not as easy a job as the repairman anticipated. Won't be using these guys again.

I have used FW Rescue and Plumbing several times. (Water heater replacement, running toilet, washing machine drain) They do a great job. Friendly, accurate, reasonably priced. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.
