We bought our dream home and didn’t realize our hot water heater was not plumbed in correctly and the cold water I. The guest bath shower did not work. The we have never had a zero turn mower Corey took the time to show us how to operate it. They did an amazing job we really appreciate Jordan G and Corey W coming out to get our hot water heater working properly. Thank you!!!

Ray and Roger came out and installed a new water heater which included redoing some pipes and raising it. They were quick and cleaned everything up. The cost was reasonable and they were friendly. Thank you for the great work!

Ray and Roger were at my next door neighbor's house doing a repair. Asked Ray to come over and give my leaking 7 1/2 year old gas water heater a look. Three days later I've got a brand new heater...and, my wife of 46 years married is one happy lady. Happy wife...happy life. Used J5 back in June for a minor bath sink repair.

Excellent service by Ray and Roger. They got my fireplace pilot light lit which in years past has been an ordeal. So professional and caring. They took the time to make sure it was working properly and kept checking the remote lighting. I will be using them in the future. Appreciate their timely service and reasonable prices.

J5 plumbing does good work! They're also more quickly responsive than other plumbers we've used. However, J5 charges well above local rates for the same work. This is true for both labor and markup on parts/supplies. There were also some communication and cleanup opportunities, but we were mostly happy with the work, just not the cost.
There's a saying "Hiring a cheap plumber is expensive" because their work may need to be redone. However, hiring a very expensive plumber doesn't guarantee that the final result will be any better that that of a competent reasonably-priced plumber.
Shop around unless you're in a big hurry.

Our water pressure was pitiful in both of our bathrooms plus one of our drains would not drain no matter how much we worked to clean it out ourselves. Ray came over promptly, was respectful, and explained everything clearly. He even gave me tips on things we could do to help keep things draining the way they should be. I am very happy with the service from J5 plumbing and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing services I need.

I had a very pleasant experience with J5 Plumbing today, Friday October, 24th. I called early to fix a loose sink faucet that was extremely difficult for me to get to. The receptionist was extreely courteous and professional and an appointment was set up right away with a two hour window.

They arrived early and Ray and Roger were very professional and their expertise was apparent as they completed the job quickly and even replaced a coupling that was showing signs of wear.

I would highly recommend this company and in particular both Ray and Roger were very friendly and took the time to explain what needed doing and then gave some helpful advice for possibe future issues as well as explaining how to make the hose use easier with a hose weight.

Just had them come out and replace an old cast iron clean out and drain undery sink. Ray and Roger came out to assess the situation and came back the next day and knocked it out. Very respectful and honest gentleman. I will recommend J5 to anyone who's looking for a plumber.

J5 plumbing is a good company did quite a bit of work in our home. Anthony, Justin and Mark worked really hard to get everything done in 2 1/2. Very informative and explained what needed to be done and why. So glad we found them, we will definitely be using them again in the future.

The problem turned out to be due to my own lack of plumbing knowledge, but they were extremely patient, professional, and informative in explaining what was going on. Anthony and Jeremy replaced a damaged toilet and tightened some fixtures at my house - all within 4 hours of my initial phone call this morning. Besides the very prompt and courteous service they did a very thorough job. I will be calling J5 for future plumbing needs.

We had Jeramy and Anthony come out today to fix our badly leaking sink and they were phenomenal! They were punctual, respectful, and extremely professional. Their work didn’t take long at all, and they had everything working perfectly by the time they left. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing expertise!

Washer was overflowing in the garage. Old house, cast iron, yeah, it was a mess. J5 came and worked for 2.5 days to get everything taken care of and working correctly. This job was a BEAST but they got it done. Great customer service, communicative and prompt. Very satisfied.

We had several plumbers tell us that they couldn’t get to us until a week or two later. We had the water shut off at the meter since we had a pipe leaking. Chas came same day and fixed our issue. He gave us options within our price range where others said we had to do $5000+ worth of work. So thankful for him!!! He even fixed it in the cold rain!

I highly recommend Fort Worth Rescue and Restore Plumbing. The owner was knowledgeable, honest and took the time to explain the solution after clearly describing the problem. If you need a reliable, skilled and trustworthy plumber, look no further. They were helpful, thorough and affordable.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Chas Tomasik & Crew (Casey & Isaiah) have completed several plumbing jobs at my house this year, including a major reworking of the entire plumbing system, updating the masterbath plumbing, and an emergency water heater removal and installation last week.

Their prices are fair and reasonable, and the quality of the work is outstanding.

I will definitely use FWR&R again.

They are very responsive and great communicators and do good work. I ended up paying more than expected to have water shut off to my fridge. Just a heads up, their minimum is $188 for any type of work so if you have a small job consider looking elsewhere.
