I have worked with and Integrity Foundtion Repair for many years. They have always worked very hard to take care of my foundation needs and their customer service is amazing! I have recommended them many times and I have only received possitive responses from those who have worked with them. Great company and great employees!

Darrin was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. He actually took the time to walk the house with me and show me if there were problems where they would be and how potential problems needed to be fixed. I really appreciate it his honesty and integrity. I had Received a previous quote And he walked me through the entire house and explained it thoroughly so that anyone could understand! As a woman, there is some vulnerability and he did not take advantage of it. I would definitely choose this company hands-down many times over.

Integrity as a company is amazing- Constant communication, understanding, commitment, just so many positive traits this company has shown me.
I originally hired HD Foundation Repair- which was an absolute mistake. 0/10 recommend. For months I had issues with that company and when I needed compassion and empathy for the crappy situation I was in I found it here. Christy and Darrin have explained to me what needed to happen to ensure my foundation was set. Darrin gave me reasonable expectations to follow with this process.
Danny and his workers came out and started work ASAP. Very respectful and good at explaining what was happening during the repair to my house.
The pricing for 15 pilers plus fixing the 7 HD foundation did was great.
I’m also using their plumbing company- haven’t started the work but Corey has also kept in good communication with me.

Matt was wonderful. Very honest. Communicated well. Explained everything and answered all questions I had. He also had great personable personality that was able to connect with the client, me (and I assume anyone else he meets) and made it such an easy, comfortable assessment with his presence. So far, I am truly pleased with this company and it's employees. (They're working on the estimate still and so I will continue to update as I Go)

I am truly elated to write this review because my experience with Integrity Foundation has been nothing short of excellent from start to finish.

From my very first interaction, the receptionist was kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. I explained that I was in my option period for purchasing a home and that my deadline was the very next day (Thursday). Understanding the urgency, she made it a priority to schedule an inspection the same day by 3:00 PM, which I greatly appreciated given how critical timing is during the final day of an option period.

Shortly after the appointment was set, the inspector, Matthew Cotten reached out to me. Matthew was professional, courteous, and very understanding of my situation. He thoroughly inspected the foundation and even offered to inspect the roof as well. Since the home is three stories, he proactively scheduled the roofing inspection for the following day to ensure it could be done safely and properly.

Throughout the entire process, Matthew kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and delivered the inspection report in a timely manner. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence during a very important decision-making moment.

I thought I could trust this company, but you cannot. They came out and inspected my home twice. I specifically asked for them to look at the add on portion there was visible openings in the exterior of the brick that I requested Integrity pay attention to. Attached the photos from June I am
Referring to. The first inspection was done during escrow on my home, they sent a letter for a perfect condition foundation on my home. Said all the measurements from the center of the home to the corners even though it had major differences in elevation, Randy York told me it was cleared. I bought the home not requesting for any concessions and under the inspectors blessing of ZERO issues. A professional who does this for a living… Since the owner would like to comment on timelines the original inspection was done week of June 6th. On August 20th, during the second inspection it was an entirely different story. I have not seen a 30+ year old house shift over 2” in any areas in that short of timeframe. Magically my house was no longer in perfect condition, the same inspector came out to take new measurements and said word for word oops! I may of done measurements wrong the first time and overlooked some things. At my expense of course, I ended up needing 5 figures worth of work due to the house having all these issues. All of a sudden Integrity changed their tune, after the second inspection. According to them it DID need work AND the house had shifted 1-2” according to the inspector. Now they are withholding a report that they did to not share how badly they messed up and won’t make it right. I would not recommend! Buyer beware and I would get multiple opinions on foundations these days. It could be costly if not.

Having some issues with the master bathroom sink and my husband said to call a plumber. Just happened to be looking for something in my “bill” drawer and found a business card for J5 Plumbing. Wow just what I needed! This was my sign! I remembered that the owner and his wife stopped by our garage sale a few months back and made a purchase from us so decided to return the favor and give them a call. Certainly glad I did! They were very dependable, very honest and very reasonable. They came to the house, introduced themselves, put on protective shoe covering to protect my wood floors and diagnosed the problems, made the repairs. I highly recommend J5 if you are looking for a plumber! Great Customer Service

Anthony and Justin immediately located a leak that had been plaguing me for a few weeks. They gave me a very reasonable price to fix the leak and then efficiently completed the job to my complete satisfaction. I now know who to call when other plumbing problems arise.

Wow!! I'm so pleased with the service that I received today. They set my appointment today and kept in touch with me. They called and gave me eta on when they would be there and they showed up early. Ray was very professional and did a good job. I would recommend J5 plumbing to anyone. Thanks again Ray!

Best people ever! They went above and beyond. Had some major issues under my house and a/c. They fixed all my Plumbling that was put n wrong, they didn’t charge us for that. I had another plumber come and give a quote and hot dang that company wanted 2,800. J5 plumbing was half the cost well a little more then half. And even got us a new metal bath tub stopper at no cost. I will be using them for now on!

We had one very old garden faucet that was going "bye bye" and another garden faucet installed by another company, that turned out to be faulty (we discovered it too late).
Anthony and Justin from J5 Plumbing installed two new garden faucets for less than half price of what the other company charged us for one faucet. Hubby and I were amazed!
Furthermore, not only was the price extremely reasonable, Anthony and Justin were very professional, likable and on time.
My husband and I decided to dump the other company and go with J5 Plumbing from now on for all our plumbing needs.

J5 Plumbing did a great job quickly troubleshooting and solving our hot water issue right before we hosted guests for the holidays. To make things even better, they were available the same day and fixed the problem quickly. Things are working great because of the work Corey and Jordan provided. Would highly recommend their work!

Corey was the technician that came to my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions or concerns I had. He was even able to connect my new tankless water heater the same day. Any further plumbing project I might have will definitely go to J5

I needed to have a toilet replaced. Anthony and Justin did a great job. They were courteous and polite and got right to work. They didn't even mind my nosey Boston Terriers watching their every move! Next time I need a plumbing expert, I'll call J5.

Had Justin and Anthony from J5 Plumbing out to my house, and they were top notch. Not only did they fix the issue like pros, they managed to win over my 45-pound security system, Larry.

At first, Larry was ready to throw hands (paws?)…full bark mode, defending the homeland. But next thing I know, I look up and Justin is in the backyard, rolling around in the dandelions with him. They were practically nibbling on each other’s ears. It was weirdly beautiful.

Anthony stayed focused and professional while his partner bonded with my dog like they were long-lost littermates. Both were friendly, courteous, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way.

Corey and Jordan showed up promptly to address the leak we had under our sink. We were worried about our cast iron/galvanized steel pipes, but they handled everything without issue. Everything was explained clearly. They even peeked at our bathroom faucets. Would use them again!

Corey and Jordan came out for an estimate. They were very friendly and personable guys! I will be recommending them to my local friends and family! They were honest with repairs needed and gave great recommendations. I'm glad I called J5 Plumbing. They weren't rushing to get things done and took the time to really explain everything needed and cost associated. I highly recommend this locally owned family business!
