Reviews of local pros in Benbrook, Texas

Honestly they did an amazing job! It’s beautiful and they did everything I asked & more! The crew was very precessional!

Josh and his team are super professional. From quoting the project to delivery they are excellent. They are very responsive and take a lot of pride in their work. Josh personally follows up and checks on his jobs daily while work is in progress to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him and his team for all you landscaping and deck needs. Professional and very experienced.

Josh sent his crew Mace, Victor, and Cris and they did an amazing job on patio cover. He was very patient while we were dealing with insurance. The crew were very professional and kept us informed of progress. I will use them on any of our next projects.

Josh and his crew did a fantastic job cutting down an old tree in our backyard and building a covered patio with a dry creek for a scenic drainage solution. We couldn't be more happy with the project. The guys were on time, did great work, and left a clean job site; all for a great price!
I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with the crews of JCustom Deck and Patio. They built my patio/barbecue area in perfection as I envisioned at the inception of the project and the best is the privacy it provides! Mace, Wes and The Boss/y Josh have been always available to answer all my queries; and the rest of the crew are very friendly, respectful and always have a ready smile when talked to! JCustom will be on my favorite list to call when I am in need of help!

JCustomLands built our carport/raised deck, and we could not be happier with the finished structure. Josh was great to work with on design and construction. He was able to collaborate with the engineer to get the safety and aesthetic that we were looking for, then build it exactly to our expectations. Highly recommend him for any complexity of deck or outdoor project.

Josh built a screened porch for us back in October of 2020. I'm sorry that I didn't write this review earlier, but I'm hoping it's never too late to pay a compliment. We are extremely happy with the finished product. He was patient, very precise, willing to listen, and professional. We would hire him again in a heartbeat. Photos show before and after

Josh and team did an absolutely incredible job on our deck. So professional and meticulous with all details. We choose the perfect contractor for our project. We are picky buyers and Josh checked all the boxes. You’ll be in great hands if you choose him as well

I have enjoyed watching Josh and his crew working on beautifying my house on two separate projects over the past two years. He completed a redecking of my pool that included a completely new steel understructure, Trex deck and a new wire-cable railing system that allows me to see clearly in all directions from the pool. Most recently they undertook replacement of front and back porches with the same Trex material used on the pool project. During the job he discovered that 6 5x5 redwood posts supporting the roof at the front of the house, and 9 4x4 redwood posts supporting the roof at the rear deck all showed varying stages of rot. We decided to replace all of the posts with powder-coated steel. His crew worked very hard, but made it appear to be an ordinary thing to get the posts changed out with no damage!
I am delighted with the final results and gladly recommend them to anyone looking for eye-pleasing results that meet or exceed your expectations. Not only do they produce an outstanding result, but when they leave your home project is clean, clear of debris, and ready to be seen.

Josh and Victor did such an amazing job on our patio! Communication and quality of work was immaculate! We are beyond thrilled with how it came out! We definitely recommend choosing them!

Wes and his team were truly incredible to work with! Professional, quick, relational and did an excellent job! We’ve used other people before, and Wes has been the best by far! Highly recommend Wes and his team for your fencing!

Josh and his team did an incredible job on my patio fencing. I had a vision and they delivered 100%! Josh has taken extra steps at the end to ensure it’s perfect and I’ve been so thankful for their constant communication and how efficient and quickly they got the job done! Highly recommend JCustom Deck and Patio for your next project

I was very pleased with how well the porch turned out. The professional gentlemen (sorry Victor is the only name that I could remember) worked hard on getting me a safe and great looking porch. The previous wooden deck was an accident waiting to happen. They found unknown concrete under deck that was in bad shape as well. This was an added job that was not expected, however, they tackled it like the pros the were. Josh the owner has great team working for him. Thanks Josh for helping me feel safe and comfortable.

Josh and his crew did an amazing job building my covered back porch! Im completely in love!

I couldn’t be happier with the deck project completed for my above ground pool! From start to finish, Mace and his team were professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. They listened to exactly what I wanted and brought my vision to life creating a beautiful, sturdy, and functional space that makes our pool area feel like a backyard oasis.
The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and kept the workspace clean throughout the entire process. I’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family!

I Highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space!

We had the best experience with JCustom! They transformed our backyard and we couldn’t be happier our new patio. Will 100% use him again for future projects. Everyone on his team was so kind.

Josh and his crew are amazing and stand by their work. They have built my entire front and back yard including fence, pool, pergola, flower beds, lawn and landscape lighting. Josh has great ideas and fair pricing. I keep coming back to him for other outdoor projects. Thank you Josh, Cipriano and Wes for building a wonderful outdoor space that we enjoy!

The 2-car garage that came with the house we recently bought was pretty old & had manual wooden doors! Overhead doors were not an option because the height of the structure wasn’t sufficient enough. We reached out to Josh who is a custom garage door contractor. I had seen some of his work done for garage doors in our neighborhood.
He was able to design carriage doors that swing open remotely which was exactly what we needed to make it work! The doors not only work effectively, but the design is also solid & attractive. What impressed me the most was not just his impressive work, but his kindness and patience during the process.
Excellence all the way around!
