Fantastic service from Sean and Juan today making repairs to and flushing our two tankless water heaters. I had no idea that the plumbing service had taken the inexpensive route with the inferior parts used for our initial installation. Today's team gave us quite the education. I will use Olde Town Plumbing for my future needs.

Hot water heater emergency cut off did not work. Heater was fried. Called at 7:30 am and Cindy worked me into schedule around noon.
Men had to remove the heater, drive to three places in San Antonio to find the exact Rheem model so the warranty would be honored.Drove back the 40 miles to where we live near Comfort and completed the work by 5:00!! -
