The team at Electrical Diagnostics was easy to work with and highly reliable. Jesus was punctual and did a wonderful job installing pendant lights in our home. We highly recommend this company and will use them again on future projects.

I have used Electrical Diagnostics twice and could not have been more pleased with the service and quality of the work. They were prompt, arriving exactly on schedule both times. They sent reminders and follow ups. They are professional, extremely polite, and highly skilled in their work. They let me know how things were progressing. Not only was the job done skillfully, but the cleanup was so thorough you would never know anyone had been there. I could honestly not recommend anyone more highly.

Jesus did an amazing job on multiple projects that we needed done on our property. He is very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done correctly and up to code. Very happy customer here and I will definitely be calling them for any electrical work that we need done in the future.

Exceptional work!! My electrician was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall excellent!! He was able to diagnose the problem with my 2 electric water heater and fixed them. I had another company come out 6 months ago, and they could not and did not diagnose the problem correctly and fixed a totally different issue, which was very costly but did not resolve the actual problem at all. Electrical Diagnostics, LLC did an amazing job. Highly recommend them for any electrical problem!!!

We recently reached out to Electrical Diagnostics to inquire about having several large, heavy chandeliers installed in our home. Because of their size and weight, we knew that each fixture would require additional bracing and support, so we wanted to be sure that were installed by someone knowledgable. We quickly received a response to our email inquiry, and had an estimate returned to us within 24 hours. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy - and our experience only improved when Jesus arrived at our door. Always friendly, timely and professional - Jesus worked in our home to do a number of projects (in addition to the originally planned fixture hanging!) in our home for the next several weeks. He always took the time to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the results, and was patient and willing to accommodate when little surprises in the project-process popped up along the way. Working with Jesus was an absolute pleasure, and we look forward to having him back to complete all of our future electrical projects as we continue to make our house a home!

I chose Electrical Diagnostics because of its five star rating, it charges by the job, and was very reasonable. All I had to do was submit pictures of what I wanted done so we did not have to pay a service charge for someone to come out to see if the job could be done. Communication by text was very timely. The two gentlemen, Jesus and Sam, replaced a ceiling fan for us and corrected an unknown faulty installation by the builder that we had no idea existed. Great company.

Jesus wired up two mini-split AC units for me. He was timely, friendly, courteous, professional and his prices were competitive. If you need electrical work done I recommend him. Ryan of R&R Electric has always been our go-to for installs and upgrades of any electric appliance, fan, or outlet. After the “big freeze” blew out a two-pole 30 amp breaker, he came out the very next morning to fix it. Not only did he replace the breaker, but he used spare parts to repair our frozen/busted well supply lines to the house AND managed to get our ancient booster pump working again. So much more than we ever expected and such a blessing! R&R can’t be beat!

After lightning storm discovered electric gate not working. Ryan was great. Replaced panel, installed surge protector, reprogrammed my controls and installed a gate light for me. Super nice guy. Great work. His office manager/wife was super too. Answered all texts promptly and professionally. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!!

A client of ours had pumps not functioning in a well house and the technician was able to locate the issue and have it repaired in minutes. He also explained to the customer what the issue was and tested everything.

We will be using r&r for any electric work needed in the future.
