These guys are the BEST! They recently installed our new tankless water heater, and we just had them back to add a water softener and a Moen Flo. The installation was super clean, and they took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. We couldn’t be happier with their service!

Had a pipe burst they repaired it and replaced some old galvanized pipe that’s been there along time with flex pipe, i’m In Granbury they’re coming from Boyd, they were at my house on time, while working they kept me informed of what’s going on explaining every inch of the way, and showing me the broken pipe and the clogged galvanized pipe, they took out. I’m so happy and relieved.They come from generations of family plumbers. I don’t like doing reviews, but I just have to let people know, the experience, the quality, and the integrity of this business is A+

Out of the 5 places I called he was the only one to answer on the first call and only 1 of the other companies even called back. I'd give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Great experience! I called and within 2 hours they had someone out to fix my leak. Nate was very helpful and even took pictures for me to see everything. Very nice guy.

We just purchased a new construction home and were told that we have hard water in our neighborhood. We contacted Ronny and he came out and tested our water. We in fact do not have hard water and his recommendation was we don’t need a system. He provided a recommendation for a drinking water system that we can install ourselves. I appreciate his good communication, honesty and he showed up during his appointment time. I highly recommend Ronny.

This is the second time that we have used Miller's. Nate was here within 15 minutes and diagnosed our issue and had it fixed within 2 hours. He is very professional and explains everything before he does anything. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will use them for future needs.

I had an excellent experience with Millers Hometown Plumbing! They honored the quote they gave me nine months ago for tankless water heaters, which already says a lot about their integrity. They returned to my home twice at my request for simple fixes—none of which were their fault—and were kind, courteous, and completely professional every time. The installation was done right, and they were incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

These guys are so sweet and kind, from the moment I called and made an appointment to when Nate came out. I had originally asked them to replace my kitchen faucet. Nate looked at and realized it wasn't the faucet, it was screen in the faucet that was full of sand that just need to be unblocked. So he said he could install the new faucet if I still wanted it but I could keep my old faceted (2 1/2 yrs old) and just rinse out the sand in the old one, saving me the charge.

They responded quickly and were able to fix the pipe without tearing out the wall and tearing out concrete. Other local companies came and couldn’t fix it but Miller’s Hometown Plumbing did! Very reasonable prices as well. A true blessing ! We highly recommend them.
