Ronny was my plumber and he found my problem fast and fixed it in no time. Love this company!!! Thanks Ronny your the best !!

They came out and took pictures of the repair problem I was having. I was in a bind and canceled someone else because I thought they were coming. Three different times they said they were coming and never did. Very unprofessional and very aggravating when you need help as soon as possible and they don’t show when someone else could have come looked at my repair problem. I definitely do not recommend them at all!

The faucet on the side of my house had a small drip. Normally not a big deal but during thr storm I had a lot of ice build up. They texted to say the technician was on the way at 9:30 am. I texted back at 12 pm to find out an eta and they said he stopped in boyd for another job. He showed up at about 1pm. He put a plastic cap on the faucet to stop the drip and covered the faucet in ripped up insulation and duct tape. The bill for this was $200... When I asked why I was being charged $40 for parts and 1.5 hours of labor for something that took 20 minutes and $2 worth of parts, I was told that the time starts when they head your way and I never got a straight answer about the parts. I live less than 10 minutes from boyd, where the previous job was, so I don't understand the time charge at all. I feel like they took advantage of a stressful time during the storm and inflated prices. By contrast I paid Mr Young's Plumbing $500 to replace every single busted pipe in my well house, a job that took hours and required significant parts. I'd go with Mr Young's, an excellent company, very reasonable price and great work.

If zero stars was an option my experience would be a zero. Wallace plumbing was hired by a neighbor to do a job for the house next door to mine. During the job the crew had drove an excavator into my yard and tore up my yard leaving ruts and taking out my grass in the area as well as leaving a large crater in my yard that now has my yard in that area way unlevel. They never had the right to be in my yard. When bringing the issue up I was responded to with short hand text which is completely unprofessional. The problem from the very beginning never seemed to be important to anyone. They have sent a crew out 3 different times to “fix” the damage and have yet to even get it close. Now refusing to bring in dirt to level out my yard. The owner Tommy has even said he would text me when he was on his way out to my home so I made sure I was home to walk through the damage with him. He never showed. Instead I receive a text after 5:00pm saying he had come by and would send someone out. Since then that’s all he’s done is text me about anything. The last time the crew showed up they tried to have me sign an invoice as if the job was done. His crew has no idea what they are doing and absolutely lack in communication. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. As a small business owner you would think you would care about the community you serve and the work that has your name on it but instead all you care about is money. I will never use this company nor would I ever recommend them.

Had a couple faucets replaced. Tommy responded same day I called and took care of the faucets. Great communication and very professional. Thanks for everything!

Less than impressed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I had a pipe burst coming of my pressure tank. The tech replaced 1 elbow and about 6 inches of 1 inch pvc pipe. Total took about 45 minutes. Was charged over $700 dollars for this. I understand that lots of businesses are closed due to weather and expected to be charged a little more than normal due to that. However that kind of price gouging is crazy! I was never given a quote or price before work was done, which I’ll take the blame on that for not asking for one, but I never expected to be charged a extra $420 “emergency labor charge” on top of the $250 normal labor charge.

I highly recommend this plumbing company, they have some really great guys who work for them and all around awesome service with fair prices! Josh who works there is absolutely amazing and such a hard working man. He is the best! Thank y'all!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Charged service fee of $75 + 3 hrs of labor. Problem was he was only at my house for 1 1/2 hrs and in that time he was on the phone for a hour of it. When I ask him where does he get that much labor time from he told me “the time started when he left the last job”. They had to order a part for my water heater and told me it would take 2 days for it to come in. I wait the 2 days and call him back for an update. I am told the truck didn’t come in so it would be another 2 days. Again I wait the 2 days and call back. Now he will not answer the phone or call me back. It has been 7 days now total since I called them for my water heater (which still doesn’t work). Do yourself a BIG favor and never use this company.

Tommy with Wallace Plumbing came out the same day I called and quickly cleared out the blockage between my house and septic tank. I appreciated the same day service.

I had two repairs completed at the same time, same bathroom. The toilet wouldn't hold a flush and the tub would back up taking a shower. Mitchell arrived with a plan and completed both repairs within 30 minutes. This was a home warranty service (AHS) and it was completed in a timely, friendly manner. I will rely on Wallace Plumbing in the future.

Josh Aaron did a wonderful job replacing my kitchen faucet and finding the leak in my bathroom sink. Had to climb into a small space and hunt down the leak.
Definitly recommend him. -
The City of Rhome recommended I call Wallace Plumbing after they came out to check to make sure the standing water l found in my yard wasn't a "city water" issue. It was actually coming from my irrigation system. I called Wallace plumbing immediately. They were responsive and came out within 2 hrs of me calling! Ronnie was absolutely wonderful. He found the issue and fixed it quickly! This company is great! And I will be using them in the future for other services in my home! Thanks Ronnie and Wallace Plumbing!

Lazy employees and way over priced work to change out 2 outside faucets. And the pictures is the one in the front. They can’t even pickup after them selves
