Great service. Installation staff are excellent and very efficient. Everything was done as described and on time. The Champion whole house generator is an exceptional unit. Top rated components in a very nice compact package. Highly recommend both Buchanan and Champion.

Always enjoy doing business with Buchanan Electric we had them install a whole house surge protector and a soft start for both of our air conditioners and very satisfied with their service! Thank you very much!!!

Buchanan worked with us all the way through. We got the Champion 22 KW, natural gas powered. And Axis 200 amp automatic transfer switch. Thank Buchanan!

They responded to the call for service promptly. Technician arrived and had the problem diagnosed quickly. A replacement part was brought to him and everything was fixed in a quick time.

I had Buchanan electric install a standby generator at my house. We had an 8 AM appointment. The technicians were here at 7:55 AM. They were very courteous they walked me through what was going to happen. They explained how the generator worked. They explained how the automatic bus transfer box worked. They got the job done in 2 1/2 hours. Then we had to wait for the plumber that run the natural gas then Buchanan Electric sent out a different technician to do the initial light off. He was here promptly. He was very courteous very polite walked me through the operation of the generator. I couldn’t be more happy with an expense of this magnitude I feel like I Understand how it works, and I feel confident that I can call them if I have any problems I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Any electrical work. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess. I’m so happy with my purchase thanks, Wes.

Can’t imagine a better experience with a company! Buchanan installed a whole house generator for us in Lake Jackson. From the very beginning, the professionalism stood out. Due to our layout, the project was challenging. Adam Rios was the project lead and worked tirelessly to make sure we made the best decisions for the project. Multiple discussions were needed to fully scope the project, and Adam answered every question. The three installers on the project, Patrick, Cory and Jason are just about the most knowledgeable, energetic, and personable young men I have ever met. Completely patient with all my questions. Always cheerful as well, in the most extreme conditions. I can’t forget Wes Buchanan the owner who made multiple site visits to check on progress.
Highly recommend!

Buchanan Electric is my go to! Always on time, always professional, and they fix it right the first time. I highly recommend 👍🏻

The Buchanan Team is truly the best you can hire!
My husband and I wanted to be prepared for hurricane season in all aspects and with a newborn on the way we needed a generator installed immediately. Buchanan came out the next day and gave us a quote, within the week it was done. ✅ This was also during the summer, prime hurricane season! They understood our concerns and treated us like family from the very beginning. We cannot recommend them enough! Please do yourself a favor and invest on a home generator with Buchanan, you won’t regret hiring them.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make sure the work was done properly with no issues. Very happy I chose Buchanan to do my electrical work.

I needed an electrical outlet put on one side of my house. I called Buchanan Electric and they sent someone out to look and give me an estimate. I thought the estimate was very fair. I approved it and in a few days two young men came out to install it. They were the nicest young men, sorry I don't remember their names. They were so polite and got right to work. They explained and showed me everything they did. I would highly recommend Buchanan Electric to everyone who needs some electric work done.

Had a breaker go out in my breaker box. The job took less than an hour. They charged me $195.00 for breaker. $400.00 for labor. To change out a breaker it cost me over $600.00. Last job they will do for me.

Once again BuchananElectric has hit a home run. I have used the company for detailed electrical work several times. This time for installing an Inter lock switch for a home generator
The quote was easily done and sent to me in a couple of days. Once I accepted the quote I was provided with a date for the start of my work. And as planned, the work was started on time, completed on time, and on budget.

I would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need done. They are professionals who know their craft and they work hard to provide outstanding service.
