After finding out that we have a septic system instead of city sewer and dealing with having tanks pumped out and still having issues, we called EW Plumbing. I thought oh my gosh, the dollar bills will be flying out the window because this is not good.

Nathan and Chandler showed up, surveyed the situation and went right to work. They took my concerns to heart about not wanting to ruin a downstairs kitchen because the clean out was under the sink. They found another clean out that we didn’t know about and within an hour and a half they had fixed our plumbing problems.

They were fast, courteous and very professional and also helpful in recommending a local septic company for yearly maintenance. I will NEVER use another plumbing company other than EW Plumbing. They are indeed the best I’ve ever worked with!!!

First time using this company ,and worth the money. My mom needed some work done at her home and called to se if they can come out that same day and they did. Didn't take long at all to unclogged the sewage from the outside. Excellent customer service and even comucated with my mom even though she talked a little bit of english. My mom was very grateful for the work they did and the fact they didn't take advantage of her like other plumbing companies has done to her in the past. We definitely will call and recommend them to everyone that needs a plumber.

Guys did a great job. Honestly, glad I called them. They did great quality work arrived early and were very transparent about the everything. Will not bother looking for a different plumber for any future work. Highly recommend

I had my sink backed up for over a week. Call a plumber out and got an ridiculously high estimate. Called EW Plumbing. They were out the next day, my sink is unplugged. Great service. Very professional. And great people.

I had Fisher come out to unclog kitchen line and he was very thorough took several tries to eventually break through. He filled sink up several times with hot water to flush line to confirm that the blockage was gone and you could see the junk pass through on outside clean out to main. He was very courteous and he did a fantastic job. Thanks for getting out as quickly as you did to resolve this problem.

We picked EW Plumbing because of the 5 star ratings and we saw first hand why they had that rating. Came out same day and took care of our needs. Friendly and professional, they got the job done. We called them last week to help us figure out a backup issue in our kitchen sink area. Chandler came out within 30 minutes. He trouble shooted and with the help of William and Emily they figured it out! Even stopped by a few days later to make sure all was still good! They were professional, friendly, efficient in their work, and affordable! A family business that makes you feel part of their family from the first hello when you become their customer! We want to thank EW Plumbing for coming out on the same day we called and fixing our clogged kitchen sink. These guys were supposed to be off for the holidays but were out working with the freeze to help customers. Nathan was very informative and helpful and fixed the problem right away! We highly recommend this company and will use them again for our future plumbing needs.

This family owned company took care of me when my Home Warranty Company kept kicking me to the curb. My garbage disposal went out in my home I recently bought and was clearly a covered item but Choice Home Warranty (NEVER use them for a HW) kept denying it. They contacted them over and over explaining that the disposal could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. They spoke with them and helped make sure the warranty covered it! CHW even shorted their pay for the job but they still completed it for me with no extra charge. They even helped with a leak found in my shower! You can tell this company is heart driven and not money driven! May God continue to provide you with plenty of work and watch over your family business!

Made the call this morning 8:45, Chandler was here about 45 minutes later, fixed both toilets in less than 15min. Problem solved. Chandler perfect gentleman. Very professional and couldn't beat the price. Will use EW Plumbing for now on.!!!

Sewer line leaving my house stopped flowing. Called EW Plumbing and they came within a few hours and told me what the problem was. Then came the next morning and repaired a section of underground pipe. Great service and very knowledgeable team. Very easy to talk too and honest! After talking with the crew, I knew immediately that I called the right company.

We were having our kitchen updated. The guys had problems with installing my new sink. EW Plumbing was recommended. Called them on a Saturday morning. William was here when promised and did a great job installing my sink, faucet, and disposal. Very reasonable, especially for a weekend.

I woke up this morning to water on my kitchen, utility room, and garage floors. My water heater went out. I called them at 7:30 in the morning, and they had a guy out here by 8:30 to look at what size of heater to get for replacement, and by noon, they had replaced the water heater, and were on their way. The technicians were pleasant, and professional. The only thing that I was unhappy with was the price. I saw that the price on the new water heater was $489.00, and usually contractors get a discount off the retail price when they buy from Lowes, or Home Depot. They were here for an hour and 1/2. They charged me $1550.00 which I feel is excessive. I am recently retired, and on a fixed income. It just makes me feel like I was taken advantage of. So, I feel like they do great work, but you should get a quote before letting them do the work.

I was contacted by E W Plumbing, and they assured me that the water heater that was installed was double what I thought, so when I got home, I looked at the water heater, and see that the $489 that I saw on the heater was the energy guide rating, and not the price. I want to update my review to show that I was wrong, and the price of the heater was not what I thought it was. I hope that they accept my apology, and I am changing the review to reflect a 5 star, and not a 4 star rating.

Someone once told me "It's not IF you need a plumber, it's WHEN." I needed a trustworthy, affordable plumber to remove a water heater from my attic and install a replacement. I called E W Plumbing to discuss the very dangerous problem -- an overheating gas water heater that could have exploded in the attic. William grasped the problem immediately and gave me good advice so that I could purchase the right replacement.
I bought the new water heater, let them know, and they scheduled a crew to come out the next workday. Chandler and Justin arrived and went right to work removing the older heater. To my amazement, they pulled the new, wider one up into the attic in seconds -- a 22 inch wide heater through a 23-1/2 inch wide opening. Shortly thereafter, they had the water and propane lines connected. These two young men not only kept me informed at every stage but also were polite and respectful. I now know that, when I next need a plumber, I have a reliable resource.

A few weeks after moving into a new home, the shower started backing up after 2 back to back showers. Called E W, they were able to make it out relatively quickly. They came while I wasn’t home (fiancé was) and snaked the drain. I had asked for a sewer scope, but they didn’t pull the toilet. Not sure why, maybe miscommunication. 7 days later, exact same thing. Shower was backing up during the second shower. Called them back, they wouldn’t warranty their work and said it would be full price for them to come out. Even put the blame on me, asking if wipes were being flushed (they weren’t). Obviously said no thanks and called a competitor. It took them much longer to make it to my house, but when they did the first thing they did was put a camera down the drain. Found the issue, actually corrected it, and warrantied their work for 30 days. No issues since. Would not recommend E W Plumbing.

We had a main sewer line break which was discovered by another plumbing company from Houston. That company bid an exceedingly high amount to repair the line.
I called E W Plumbing the next day and was told they would be on-site the same day. The crew showed up an hour early, then quickly and efficiently repaired the break. E W Plumbing saved us a significant amount of money that would have been charged by the Houston company. I highly recommend E W Plumbing. The crew was very friendly and highly recommended.
