Champion is so lucky to have a dedicated, positive, professional like Cesar, and we were fortunate he was assigned to us. He is friendly, experienced, and works with you to find the best solution.

He even came out on his day off just to check how our home was drying out. His level of customer service is exceptional.

I trusted my gut and those who read this Review do too! First, a regular white truck showed up with 0 markings of their business. Next, the inspector (Romeo)
immediately labeled the toilet back up as a level 3 sewage problem and went on to say how I need to file with insurance because this will cost me a pretty penny! I told him the plumber stated on the report that it did not have sewage water. The inspector still pressed on that this was still a level 3 problem and will have to cut 2 feet into the drywall!

I told him to stop and pack up because I don’t have confidence in your company and how you are going to handle this situation.
He was shocked!

Champion Restore- please asses the whole area, look at the report from the plumber and take what the homeowner is telling you into account and DO NOT try to do any scare tactics! Because, we talk to each other… I will share my experience to my neighbors and Facebook friends!

The remediation crew were very professional and courteous. They were able to begin water damage remediation very soon after being contacted and were diligent in finishing the dry-out. They were on my insurance company's preferred vendor list and I anticipate no problems with the reconstruction.

Aaron and his crew were awesome! This company is absolutely amazing! I had an unexpected leak that caused my ceiling to collapse, and they came out immediately. They set me up right away with the equipment needed to prevent any further damage to my home. I 100% recommend this company and will definitely use them again if I ever have another incident.

Had a clog in upstairs bathroom where the A/C condensate drain fed to, unfortunately that sink filled up while we were on vacation, overflowed onto the floor and dripped through to the downstairs. We called a plumber to remove the clog, and he suggested Champion Restoration.

The next day we got a call from Champion saying they could come out and do a free evaluation and quote that evening. The pricing was very detailed and transparent. The next day we decided to go with Champion, and requested they come the following day, and they were able to. Their initial work was pretty quick. The equipment had to stay for 3 days, and it was very loud, but there’s nothing you can do about that. They sectioned off the affected area, for effectiveness of the drying process. Throughout the entire process they were very punctual - they’d arrive during the quoted window, and they’d call 30ish minutes before arrival.

I recently had Aaron from Champion Restoration come out to check for water damage due to a pipe leak, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. Aaron was absolutely awesome—professional, thorough, and extremely efficient. He inspected every area carefully, making sure to check every nook and corner for possible moisture. His attention to detail gave me peace of mind that there won’t be any hidden issues down the road. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about doing the job right, Aaron/Champion Restoration are the people to call. Highly recommend them!

Champions was assigned to us through our insurance company after our shower leaked. Brandon and his team were at our house everyday during the 9 day dry out period. They kept the area clean during demolition and took all the tear out material away. They were all very polite. They let us know when they would be arriving and always arrived on time. We were very happy with Brandon and his team.

This is our second time using Champion Restoration for mold remediation and cannot recommend them enough! We requested the same team from our first remediation project since they were beyond professional, responsive and quick (yet very thorough). I hope we never have to have restoration completed on our home again, but if we do - we know the best team to call! Was impressed with how fast they responded to our emergency. A Very thorough inspection and evaluation was done in a more than timely manner. The guys were super professional and explained every step of the process thoroughly. They even coordinated with us to get work done while we were out of town for the holidays Which was greatly appreciated and helped us to have a much less stressful holiday, knowing that our house was in good hands

From the moment we were referred to Champion Restoration it has been a great experience. The office staff was prompt in answering questions and getting us on the schedule to be evaluated for moisture in a bathroom. Aaron came out today and was kind, professional, and extremely thorough in his evaluation. He was very patient and took the time to explain the readings and options. Champion remodeled all three of our bathroom. We went from decapitated to chic and stylish. I would highly recommend you call them for whatever need you have. Very trustworthy. They worked 6 days a week while we were at work so the jobs were completed in very little time.

Glenn and his team renovated our home completely February of 2025 and it was wonderful. The team was efficient, quick, and professional in respecting our desired timelines and doing their best to work with the vision we had. If we ever have any more renovation work done they will be the first we call!

My plumber/AC guy suggested I use Champion Restoration for a mold build up in a closet due to a duct that had no insulation anymore and was condensing over a long period of time. Champion was very pleasant to work with and accommodated a time crunch situation I had for getting the remediation done. The two technicians who did the actual work, Isaiah and KK, did great work! They were professional and polite and very thorough. They explained everything to me through each step and showed pictures of what they had done each day since the room was sealed off. Champion also suggested a content cleanout company who were great to work with and an independent mold inspector who was equally great. I feel reassured that all the remediation steps were done properly and professionally.

A friend recommended Champion because she knows the owners very well and could attest to their character and integrity. That recommendation was a gift from God! We worked with Champion for over 9 months on our home. They did mold remediation, recommended a better mold tester (than the one we originally used), did build back after mold, recommended a great A/C company (that company did thorough work), and did our master bath build back/remodel. Almost everyone we came in contact with, either over the phone or in person, was kind and extremely helpful. The "star standouts" for our family were Doug and Silas with mold remediation, Mateo and Judith with painting and build back, Cris with general contracting and scheduling, Jeremiah with tile, and Connie with design. They are the absolute BEST!!! We are truly thankful for all their hard work and efforts. We love the way our home looks and will, without question, use Champion again if needed.
