Recommended by my plumbing company and luckily Champion is also a preferred company on my insurers list. Super fast to get here and tech Chris re the drying process was wonderful with explanations and super tidy. On to the repair phase. I would use Champion regardless of status on the insurers list because of the experience with the employees.

The work by the Champion Restoration team has made such a difference in our new home. Brian leads an entire team of experts.
Karen and Kasey took great care of coordinating our projects.
Job 1: The team closed in a loft area wall and painted 2 bedrooms. They worked quickly and did a great job.
Job 2: Luis, Victor and Diego installed 3 large light fixtures in our entry, great room and dining rooms.

Every single person we have come into contact with at this company is kind, professional and knowledgable.
The team performing the work not only did a fantastic job, but they also show up on time, prepare accordingly (protect flooring and items in your home in the area of the work), and clean up when they are finished. We will continue to work with Champion for our future home renovation needs, and highly recommend them.

Great experience with this company and my project manager, Cris Quijada. Showed and plumbing leak which resulted in a rebuild of the shower, tub, floors and walls.
This is the only time ever when dealing with a home repair, especially involving insurance , that it went smoothly and did not raise my stress levels. All the work was quality work, the end result is beautiful, and they made the whole process easy from start to completion.

I could not express more of how deeply impressed I was from the first call to the last visit of my 2.5 months of working with Champion Restoration! Only fault of time was due to insurance delays, NOT champions fault at all. Every employee was attentive, respectful and the sweetest to work with from office Kasey, mitigation supervisor Brandon, contractor manager Brian, contractor supervisor Luis and the two contractors that spent everyday working as hard as they could to get my home back into a home, Luis and Eduardo. Those two were like family when they were finished. My home had flooded from a malfunction with our dishwasher and needed complete floor and most outside walls repaired from water absorption. My home is basically brand new and so beautiful and by couldn’t have been any easier from the help of the whole team! Thank you to everyone that worked on my home and treated it like their own. Don’t look elsewhere only choose Champion Restorations!

Friendly and easy to work with. Very helpful with explaining the process and recommending third party contractors when needed. They knew my mold cleanup would be an expensive project and they did everything they could to help keep my costs down, without compromising the quality of work.

I really enjoyed my experience working with Champion Restoration. They helped us during an unexpected mold remediation, and walked us through the steps to get that taken care of quickly. Wendy was great to talk to over the phone, and Brandon and his crew did an amazing job removing and drying out our walls. I would recommend them to anyone who needs excellent service and attention to detail!

it's time to finally write my official review of this business. The entire team from start to finish was overall excellent. Once we sent over our protocol to Champion, they were first to respond to the inquiry. Once pricing rolled into from all the others, Champion's pricing was right in the middle of the three which is always a good sign. A clear indication that have the right balance between approach, knowledge, and price. In the office you have Connie which was always very communicative. The business manager (forgot her name) was very nice also when she reached out to just talk before we signed our contract. The estimator Susan was very thorough over all the rest of the companies bc she by far spent the most time getting everything she needed while on the site visit to prepare the estimate. Nate and his helper tech were very thorough. The messed up on one little thing regarding our A/V equipment which I will get to in a second. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the main guy Wayne. By far a super nice guy but not the best when it comes to management in my opinion. Upon completion of the work, I made it happen to where they were able to pick up their equipment before the long weekend and was called to let me know final payment should be prompt. I questioned that but completed final payment as requested and was told it's normal. That said, when all the dust settled, we noticed that our elec equipment for our surround sound system in living room was not working properly. We troubleshooted it all weekend but could not get it working properly as it did before. We ended up calling the A/V company to come out and get it back to working properly and incurred a $139 additional service which we understood. I brought that to Wayne's attention and he said he will look into it which he did. He reported back that since the account is closed out thats pretty much it and Champion would not be able to cover the $139 fee we incurred. I let him know that was unfortunate. This is why I do not like paying the final bill until we have the opportunity to verify everything is in working order. At the very least they need to possibly revamp the final payment to 40% with a 10% retainer for things such as this. That $139 reimbursement could've possibly come out of the final 10% owed. Otherwise, I highly recommend Champion in your considerations for hiring.
