Don't buy from here. They will rob you blind. They will blame it on something else. Carlos Luna is the owner. Was super rude. He kept on changing his story of who to blame. Went from the installation. To blaming me as the buyer. And that's due to me buying two units. Don't buy from him. Save ur self the hassle. He doesn't care about his customer service. Doesn't as in his own words "I'm not a nice home depot guy."

My AC stopped blowing cold air so my landlord called this company for the maintenance; the guy that came to check it out acted strange; he drives a black sporty car; when I was speaking to him, I don't know what it was, if it was because I spoke in English to him or I don't know, but he looked at me scared the whole time. He was supposed to show up at 4:30 but got there at 5 something pm and told me it was the ac motor that stopped working and that the parts store had closed so my family and I had to spend the whole night in this summer heat. They did show up the following morning and fixed, but that was a horrible experience, having to wait.

Called about new hvac system. They were supposed to send me an email about financing. Never got it. Ok set appt with ramiro to come to my house and get a estimate. No call. No show. Unprofessional. Ill go elsewhere.

We prepaid for the entire year for simple filter changes 4x yearly, and 1x for service to our 3 until for flush and maintenance. I have had to chase them down every single time it is time for filter change, most recently just asking to leave the filters for us to change ourselves even though we paid to have them changed and nothing..no communication, no filters, nothing. This is the worst customer service, lack of, I have ever received from a company and would never recommend them!

Today 02/07/2025 I had Comfort tech at my home fixing some issues with my AC, can’t stress enough how reliable and honest they’ve been in my experience while doing business with them. Highly recommended.

9 mos earlier Mr. Cepeda came in for a maintenance call since my AC was leaking, he not only found the problem but found the origin of the problem. Highly recommended, honesty and integrity at best.

I had Comfort tech install two new units inside and out. Had everything replaced including the ducts. All work was completed in the summer of 2023. I spent around $20,000 and now i have several water damage spots in my ceiling from the copper line running between the inside and outside units. After a week of calls and texts they finally came out and confirmed it was the copper line and someone would call me. It’s been another week and they are ghosting me. I would not do business with comfort tech. They do not stand behind their work and they do not provide quality customer service.
