Action Air installed new 3 ton units for us 3 years ago. Great installation, haven't had a problem since. They even dug up and corrected the old slab that the condenser was setting on. Plan on using them for the next upgrade.

They are kind, reasonably priced and professional. Serviced my mother's air conditioner and are known for their great service by people in the area here in Misson.

We are winter Texans and had Action Air do our AC since 2008. They have been very reliable. When we got here to check our property this July found our AC was not working. Called them and they had Robin out that afternoon. Within a few hours we were again a cool house. My thanks to action air and especially Robin who is a great technician and also very pleasant to visit with.

Punctual and Honest, couldn't be happier. I bought a new unit from them about 4 years ago. It stopped blowing cold air recently and I called them for repair. They were out in 2 days and found it to be the capacitor. I tell you this because my wife was so happy to get AC he could have charged me Anything however the Capacitor was under warranty and it only cost me a Service Call,,,$65,,,fixed in 15 minutes,,, Happy Wife Happy Life,,,Honesty goes a very long way with me and I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

So disappointed in this company. We ordered a 4ton air unit & was told that it would take no more than a week... BUSINESS DAY 9 AND NO UNIT. We have called to check on thr status and the secretary was short with me and not friendly. We only use to use their service but this is the 2x they have failed to provide services they told us they would. If you want a reliable service without being run around I would not go to this company. We found another respectful company that delivered a new unit and installed it within 2 business days!!

Our air conditioning stopped working. They had someone out way earlier than expected, had it fixed promptly and replaced our thermostat per our request. The gentleman was very friendly and way easy to talk to. Definitely will use again.

Complete nightmare. Currently the state has assigned an Attorney to go after him for failing to secure a permit and refusing to fix all the code violations.
